Ryan Patrick Burns | Skinwalker Ranch, Paranormal Portals, & The Wolverine
National Institute for Discovery Science and Precognitive Phenomena
The National Institute for Discovery Science (NIDS) attempted to study the ranch using the scientific method but found the phenomena to be "precognitive" and always steps ahead of the researchers. Burns suggests that the environment responds to the thoughts and fears of the observer, sometimes manifesting "holograms" like flashing police lights based on an individual's internal anxiety.
