Greg Carlwood introduces prolific paranormal researcher Joshua Cutchin and filmmaker Ryan Gruelich of Creepy Kingdom. The guests arrive to discuss their collaborative documentary, Lady of the Lake, which investigates a 1937 murder in Washington State and subsequent ghostly sightings. The project originated from a fan email sent by Gruelich to Cutchin during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The hosts and Hanrahan discuss the challenges of documentary filmmaking and the lack of conclusive evidence in paranormal investigations. Carlwood recounts a disappointing experience with a paranormal team where he accidentally provided the "evidence" of voices himself. Hanrahan expresses skepticism toward mainstream ghost-hunting shows that use manipulative editing.
