The prevalence of blue light in screen technology is framed as an intentional outcropping of psychological control programs like MKUltra. According to theories involving Dr. Jack Kruse and patent attorney Nicole Shanahan, DARPA-linked patents for screen technology were distributed to companies like IBM to influence human behavior. By removing natural light frequencies and utilizing blue light flicker, these technologies allegedly create a state of suggestibility and addiction in the user.

Neurosurgeon Jack Kruse has presented research suggesting that digital screens are engineered using MKUltra insights to maximize biological damage and mind control. The blue light emitted by these devices is linked to mitochondrial dysfunction and metabolic issues like obesity. These concerns have reportedly been discussed at high levels, involving figures such as RFK Jr. and Nicole Shanahan, regarding the intentional weaponization of consumer electronics.
