Jeremiah recounts his relationship with Charles Pace, the current owner of the Mount Carmel Center in Waco, Texas. Pace, who leads the current church at the site of the 1993 Waco massacre, granted Jeremiah exclusive media access for the 30th anniversary. The segment explores Pace's research into the dark history of the property and the musical talents of David Koresh.

The guests dispute the government's claim that the Branch Davidians set themselves on fire. Jeremiah mentions owning a charred piece of a school bus from the site and argues that human instinct would prevent people from staying inside a burning building. They suggest the fire was started by flammable gas pumped in by the FBI/ATF, and that the "cult" label was a "Rules for Radicals" tactic to justify the massacre to the public.
