Dinosaur Bone Butchery Marks and Logical Fallacies in Archaeology
Dr. McKinney Hughes attempted to dismiss evidence of ancient human butchery by presenting a marine dinosaur bone with clear cut marks. Hughes argued that because the bone was 65 million years old, and humans supposedly did not exist then, the marks could not be human, therefore all similar evidence must be invalid. This circular reasoning is cited as an example of how preconceived timelines are used to suppress anomalous physical evidence.
