Olaf Phillips describes his recent trip to James Gilliland's ECETI Ranch near Mount Adams. He details seeing exotic aircraft and a mysterious bright light at 11,000 feet that appeared to open and close. Phillips also recounts a 45-minute observation of two 8-to-10-foot tall black shapes walking up a 45-degree snowfield, which he and Larry Overman concluded were likely Bigfoot.
