The government reportedly pays professional sports leagues up to $53 million annually to integrate military jet flyovers and flag ceremonies into games. This "anchoring" technique links high-energy positive emotions from sporting events to national symbols. Mandatory flag displays are found on NBA backboards and NFL helmets, while youth programs like the Young Marines begin conditioning children as young as eight years old.

The mandatory government school system is compared to the Indian Boarding Schools used to turn Native American children into taxpayers and soldiers. Similarities are drawn between modern American youth programs (Cub Scouts, JROTC, AmeriCorps) and the tiered indoctrination system described by Adolf Hitler in Nazi Germany. These techniques are designed to produce "order followers" who will set aside personal morality to execute state commands.
