Jim Chesner comes up in 3 chapters across 1 episode of The Higherside Chats Free Show, in October 2018.
Bach Saga Oral Tradition and Eeyore Bach
The Bach Saga is presented as an ancient oral tradition from Scandinavia and Finland that was kept secret for generations within the Bach family. Jim Chesner, a student of the late Eeyore Bach, returns to discuss this cosmology which claims to be the true origin of human culture and details an entrance to a hollow earth in Helsinki.
Oral Tradition Integrity and Spiritual Practices
Greg Carlwood and Jim Chesner discuss the mechanics of how the Bach Saga was preserved through a mnemonic alphabet wheel. While Chesner maintains a minimalist, nature-focused lifestyle, he remains skeptical of non-physical intelligences, attributing spiritual experiences to the imagination rather than external entities.
Jim Chesner's Lifestyle and Guest Reflections
Greg Carlwood praises Jim Chesner's commitment to the Bach Saga and his off-the-grid lifestyle in Hawaii. Carlwood reflects on the unique nature of the guest, mentioning a personal gift of Hawaiian coffee and the high-quality video presentations Chesner produces to document the saga's complex linguistic and historical claims.
