Topic: Jason Quitt

Greg Carlwood introduces a new episode of The Higher Side Chats, highlighting the show's independence from sponsors and offering a seven-day free trial for the Plus membership. Guest Jason Quitt returns to the program to discuss his recent books, including The Shining Island and Astral Experiences. Quitt is recognized for his background in Algonquin Shamanism, energy wellness, and his previous works on Egyptian Qigong and sacred geometry.

Jason Quitt introduces the concept of "astral abduction," suggesting that many alien encounters are actually experiences of the astral body being separated from the physical self. He describes the sensations of sleep paralysis—such as tingling, vibrating, and metallic clicking sounds—as common precursors to both out-of-body journeys and reported UFO abductions. Quitt argues that the internal monologue and sense of self remain intact even when the consciousness is no longer tied to the physical senses.
