Joshua Cutchin & Ryan Grulich | The Lady Of The Lake, Disclosure Doubts, & Ego Death At The Threshold
Israel Keyes and the Dead People Hypothesis
The film explores the connection to serial killer Israel Keyes, who admitted to disposing of a body in Lake Crescent because of its reputation for preservation. Cutchin compares the sightings of Hallie to the Latin American legend of La Llorona and discusses the "Dead People Hypothesis" (DPH) in parapsychology. He suggests that these recurring motifs indicate a phenomenon that transcends simple ghost stories.
