Tolec warns of a potential false flag event where remaining reptilians may present themselves as a benevolent "savior" race of tall blondes to maintain power. He explains that Earth's extreme human diversity is due to colonization from various star systems, making the planet a unique "show" in the universe. Ultimately, the planet is expected to evolve into a higher-dimensional state and join a broader brotherhood of peaceful planetary civilizations.

He suggests that higher-dimensional entities may be rearranging time and space, and that occult systems serve as necessary interfaces for understanding these complex interactions.
