Dolan discusses the BioInitiative Report and the history of frequency-based behavior modification, linking the installation of electrical infrastructure to historical pandemics. He argues that humans are biologically tethered to the Earth's magnetic field and the Schumann Resonance, making long-term space travel or moon landings physiologically impossible. The segment references the HeartMath Institute's research on the synchrony between the human heart and the Earth's frequencies.

Northrup describes a global meditation event she organized in April 2020 to influence the Schumann resonance and the Earth's electromagnetic field. She discusses the subsequent "character assassination" she faced, noting that despite being named one of the most trusted people in America by Reader's Digest in 2013, she was vilified for testifying against vaccine mandates.
