About this episode

The researcher behind the Inversionism project, known as Dolan, presents a case for the total rejection of modern medical and dietary paradigms following a series of catastrophic vaccine injuries and pharmaceutical side effects. Dolan details how a mandatory swine flu vaccine and the acne medication Accutane triggered a cascade of chronic lung issues, cystic acne, and mercury toxicity symptoms that traditional medicine failed to resolve. By adopting a carnivore diet and investigating the physiological necessity of saturated fats, he argues that individuals can reclaim their health from a predatory system designed to farm human suffering for profit.

Government dietary guidelines and the rise of fiat food are identified as tools for population control and the concealment of inflation since the abandonment of the gold standard. Dolan cites the research of Weston A. Price and Aajonus Vonderplanitz to support the claim that humans are biological scavengers with a stomach pH of 1.1, necessitating high-fat animal products for liver detoxification and brain health. The discussion links heavy metal toxicity from lead and aluminum to alchemical planetary influences, suggesting that environmental toxins turn the human body into an antenna for malevolent frequencies. Additional focus is placed on the weaponization of blue light in digital screens, the BioInitiative Report on frequency-based behavior modification, and the technical limitations of space travel due to the Schumann Resonance.

Dolan provides a roadmap for autism recovery and heavy metal detoxification using zeolite, dandelion tea, and activated charcoal to restore glutathione production. Greg Carlwood shares a personal account of the American hospital system's failures during his father's final days, contrasting institutional care with the ancestral wisdom of local food sourcing. The segment concludes with a technical overview of the new Higher Side Chats Plus RSS system, designed to bypass platform restrictions and provide seamless access to a decade of alternative research archives.

CHAPTER 01 / 26 Discussion

Higher Side Chats Plus RSS Feed System Upgrade

The Higher Side Chats Plus system received a major technical upgrade allowing members to bypass usernames and passwords by using customized RSS links. This new delivery method works with most podcasting apps, though Spotify users are still required to subscribe via Patreon due to platform restrictions. The update includes access to the full two-hour interview archive and pre-plus episodes dating back over a decade.

plus system· rss link· patreon· spotify· podcasting app· subscription

00:00 Oh baby, before we dive into this today I got to announce a big update we have made to the Plus system. An upgrade that allows you to bypass the need for a username and password to get Plus on your podcasting app it's true but how is that possible? Well now when you sign up for plus you'll get a customized RSS link emailed to you You copy it and you paste it right into whatever podcasting app you like to use And you're done Of course, the site still has cool stuff like the category displays a great search function for older episodes and specific topics comments ratings and the forums. And you do need a username password for that but now you don't have to log into the site at all if you don't want to

00:47 From a convenience standpoint this is about as good as it gets and that is the feedback I hear most often. It's not about the $8, I just don't want to have to use the site or remember another password or stop using the podcast app I like and I get it hey I'm a podcast listener too! And that is why I set the IT guys to the task and they crushed it This custom plus feed not only has all two hour plus shows going back to when it started, but it also includes the pre-plus episodes going all the way back to my first real interview with Michael Tesarion over a decade ago. And if you forget this URL or you need it again for any reason, you can always go back to that welcome email or find it on the My Account page just so you know

01:35 So if you've ever been a plus member and left because of the hassle or some glitch with authentication, or getting locked out, having the feed not updating properly, or just finding it too confusing. I would ask you now to give it another try! The guys assured me that not only is it easier for all of you but its also a much lighter load on site and server and all that. The system verifies if accounts and feeds are active in a much smoother way now too, but I will spare you all that technical stuff. And really the only caveat is Spotify. If Spotify is your podcasting app and you want Plus to work there, then I need you to sign up through Patreon corporate partners going to do what corporate partners do but any app that allows you to add a show via a link or RSS URL will allow plus and that's basically every podcast app I know of

02:31 Don't take my word for it, try it with a free one-week trial. Me and the IT guys are standing by to help anyone who needs it but I have gone through the signup process several times now and I can't even think of a way to make it better or faster or easier...I don't even think we asked for your name! If you're a current member you can of course get this link on the My Account page at any time too but the old system has not been messed with either so no need to do anything if it ain't broke don't fix it And that's it. I've done what i can do technically to be best in class and i do everything i can to give you the best ad-free interviews out there The full two hour versions are always deeper and oftentimes weirder, and you really do miss a lot if you're only getting that free first hour

03:18 I'm laying it on thick, but this is how I make a living. I just spent a lot of money on this upgrade and consider a subscription, a tip for a service that is maybe a little more valuable than bringing a sandwich to your table or pouring you a couple of draft beers. You know? Use the link right in the show notes to sign up grab the RSS link from the welcome email and your right back in your app getting the whole THC enchilada Few people in the game care more about the user experience and keep an eye on the latest technology available, and also work every time to make sure interviews are very information-rich and easy on the ears. I take my job seriously! I hope you appreciate it! Help me help you become a Plus Member! Thanks for listening! Enjoy

CHAPTER 02 / 26 Discussion

Inversionism and Overcoming the Victim Mentality

Greg Carlwood introduces Dolan, the researcher behind the Inversionism account, to discuss the concept that modern societal structures are fundamentally backwards. Dolan shares his philosophy of rejecting the victim mentality despite facing environmental toxins, vaccine injuries, and poor dietary options. The conversation emphasizes using "righteous indignation" and personal responsibility to reclaim health and mental clarity from a predatory medical and food system.

inversionism· greg carlwood· dolan· health· victim mentality· toxins

04:10 The plan is puppet masters almost surely have a plan There's clearly maybe something there beyond the realm of men Until we've thoroughly tested every last closed chested view Think we know the less, we really do Without THC Because we know they're lying to us Just don't know to what degree Without THC ISI chat show Greg Carlwood and company

04:50 Rock me like a hurricane, people. From the Sunshine State I'm Greg Carlwood and we've all heard the overused phrase that true change comes from within but the way we start that process usually comes by changing what we put within because so often the reason we feel tired weak foggy irritable ill or broadly suboptimal is at least partly because of what we're doing to ourselves Processed foods, excessive sugar and carbs non-organic produce alcohol SSRIs vaccines harsh big pharma petrochemical cocktails a natureless indoor lifestyle and of course excessive EMF radiation in blue light from the constant shift of focus from one screen to another.

05:32 You can look at 9-11 from every which way, deconstruct media pro war propaganda day in and day out and know the UN's sustainable development goals like the back of your hand. But if you're still putting these products of The Big Machine into your body a focus on what they are doing out there is just letting things that you can't control distract from things that you can. And maybe it's time to take some responsibility and focus on the actionable intelligence we've gained Well, in a time where schools make us dumber. The defense industry is all offense. Doctors make us sicker. Industrial foods are less nutritious. The most religiously pious people have the darkest demons. News is more lies than information and our so-called elected leaders show the least competent leadership skills

06:17 It seems like a good day for a guest who posts under the account Inversionism. His name is Dolan and he's someone who has been swept up in many of the nefarious nets thrown into the stream of life from vaccine damage to poor diet, and through rigorous research experimentation and discipline, he's reoriented his life healed his mind body and soul and pays it forward to those still struggling You can find him primarily on Twitter and Substack under Inversionism, and I've learned a lot following him and thought you could too. So let's do it! The food-and-mood connector, injection knowledge injector, and ancestral wisdom resurrector Dolan welcome to the higher side. I am so happy to be here brother. You are an absolute wordsmith. Ah, too kind. You're so good at it. I've been listening since like...

07:04 Oh, 2016 maybe 2015 somewhere around there. I started diving into the occult stuff and your podcast was a major resource for trying to wrap your head around that. Sure And then it's been a lot of health stuff mixed in too and I love that you bring on people from all kinds of perspectives like you brought on people who are super plant based think eating meat is evil and then you bring on the like pro carnivory side. I listened to a podcast yesterday with a guy that you were talking about The Fiat money system and how that steers people away from animal foods, making them more expensive. That was a very interesting podcast so I am so happy to be here. Thank you man! Too kind and of course i didn't mean to imply that we should just let the bad guys off the hook for serving up all this terrible shit in our society but your living proof that a regular person can do their own research try out a few different ideas because there is a lot of information to sift through

07:54 ultimately self correct and be able to say that you're not a victim of the many toxins constantly offered to us. There's a lot more we can do than we might think and if we focus on ourselves in our choices first, It's probably the most important thing and we can deal with the spraying later, I suppose. But I think you would agree with that broadly right? Yeah absolutely the victim mentality is something i do not vibe with at all and you can talk about this stuff And tell people our food is poison they're spraying nanoparticles in the atmosphere to affect the weather and you can inundate people with this like fear mentality of were being constantly hit

08:33 But you should not be a victim to it. You should find that righteous indignation deep inside of you, find that healthy spite To tell these people to eat shit I'm gonna beat them so that's where i'm at Amen amen So inversionism is a great account name. Everything really is backwards talk to us about your process of it I understand you were vaccine injured twice and that's really not even the half of what might people be interested to know about your life and research journey. Oh boy where do I begin on that one, I will say for most of my twenties honestly from like age 18 when I first went to college

CHAPTER 03 / 26 Discussion

Dolan Vaccine Injury and Chronic Health Struggles

Dolan details a lifelong history of medical interventions beginning with a C-section and a severe reaction to a childhood vaccine that resulted in clinical death and emergency surgery. He describes suffering from chronic lung problems, brain fog, and social isolation throughout his youth. A second major injury occurred at age 17 following a mandatory swine flu vaccine for football, which triggered cystic acne, agoraphobia, and symptoms of mercury toxicity.

vaccine injury· mercury· c-section· antibiotics· cystic acne· crohn's disease

09:12 Up until I was 26 and found the carnivore diet, I was a very anti-social person. I like being by myself and I attribute a lot of that to the vaccine injury I got when I was 17. Mercury in your brain does some pretty wild things to your behavior and just your head space so i just spent a lot of time reading researching and mostly just trying to fix myself That was my neuroticism And I've always been like a troubleshooting kind of person. I worked at IT for 10 years So my brain is built to problem solve So, looking at the full spectrum of my 20s and what happened it's really hard to pin it down to just one thing. It is a constant inundation from the medical system so we want to start back at the very beginning when I was little baby. I was born C-section apparently when I was born I inhaled a bunch amniotic fluid and that kind of set off my first couple years life you know bad health chronic lung problems coughing lot of mucus that kinda thing

10:06 And then I got a vaccine. I did not know this until a few years ago when i got my medical records, but I got a vaccine and then I had to severe health crisis few days later. I have plural fusion which is water around your lungs and heart pneumonia and that developed into cyanosis where you're not getting enough oxygen and I died for a couple of minutes family had to rush me to the hospital they cut my side open so the fluid out gave me a gnarly antibiotic called a fluoroquinolone, which are ridiculously toxic. And you can go look up fluoroquinolone antibiotics and reactions to them and it's really horrifying what they can do. And there's also fluorine in there which is another gnarly little neurotoxin but that was my advent into the world like just from the get-go I'm just getting smashed by the medical system about age four or five six I started getting a little bit healthier but i remember always having random issues

10:57 Like I'd have pains in my arms that, I mean, I was called a hypochondriac by doctors. It's just in my head you know that whole adage where they think it's all psychosomatic but I always had these like nagging pains. I would have this bad brain fog. I remember a period when I was like seven eight years old. It was kindergarten first grade kind of area. I would have the sensation of the tip of my face It just looked like I was seeing everything from the bottom of a well. It was really weird sensation and they thought it related to vision, my left eye wasn't good when I was child, I wore an eyepatch for few years. Lots of antibiotics various medications, I think I tried Ritalin for little bit because I couldn't focus in school throughout most this my diet was terrible, I mean my parents didn't know better most parents don't know better when you're kid

11:44 Up until about 16 17 i was pretty good like my high school years are really nice i had a lot of friends very social do that wasn't banned. I play all sports i was very outgoing social relationships and then i got the flu vaccine when i was seventeen years old, And that's when everything started to change dramatically. And my understanding is that was a swine flu vaccine that you were required to get play football? Yep, I could not play football unless i got it and they're very adamant about that and i didn't want to get it because at the time My dad side of the family was very anti-vaccine but my parents don't know any better like they really didn't know much about it

12:22 Luckily, my dad's never been vaccinated because my grandma is very based and knows what's up. She's like they come from a line of cattle and dairy farmers so they're big on nutrition canning food preparation stuff like that but the thing I remember the most in like a lot of time after that What's just me being like very isolated and want to be by myself but that time i remember my vision changed after i got the shot like i was walking out of doctors office to get my car home, what are you looking at the bottom of a well again that same sensation when i was a kid and i think that was another vaccine reaction can't go on vaccines to go public school these days.

12:59 And then I started having like bad chronic fatigue, you know just like feeling really tired and sick flu-like symptoms. I go home, I go to bed, I wake up in the morning and I've been eating eggs every morning for like two years trying to put on muscle for football, trying to get my protein in never had a problem with it. The second I walk to the stove and I smell the eggs cooking, it gives me a monstrous ice pick headache. It was almost instantaneous. It was so weird I've never had a headache like that before and I ate eggs anyway. I tried going to school and then I developed the full body rash, I started getting eczema and cystic acne all over me. I remember being a lot more irritable than on edge during that period of my life and getting into conflict with my dad. And from that point on...I just struggled with health issues for up until I graduated high school then I went to college

13:49 And I attributed it back then as me just being self-conscious because i had really bad cystic acting like all over my face, like really painful where I talked at hurt. And I just didn't want to talk to people. I don't wanna make friends, I just was very agoraphobic and didn't wanna socialize because I was self-conscious but I think also the mercury injury does that to people there's a documentary called trace amounts where guy had a very similar experience with getting mercury from an injection and from that point on from 18 i was just constantly neurotic Lee researching why had that reaction and trying to understand what did it. And I just, I used myself as a guinea pig. I tried every supplement known to man. I tried every diet veganism, vegetarianism, paleo low FODMAP because also like Crohn's disease which i think was started by the vaccine and then made significantly worse by antibiotics that was given by dermatologist tetracycline and doxycycline that's when the shitting blood came from. I didn't have that before and then it came immediately after so...

CHAPTER 04 / 26 Discussion

Accutane Toxicity and Pharmaceutical Side Effects

The discussion highlights the dangers of the acne medication Accutane, noting its link to Crohn's disease and severe psychological side effects. Dolan explains that the drug is a toxic form of Vitamin A that dehydrates cells, potentially leading to permanent neurological and physical damage. The segment references a news story about a teenager on Accutane who crashed a helicopter, illustrating the extreme mental health risks associated with the drug.

accutane· crohn's disease· vitamin a· depression· pharmaceuticals· side effects

14:46 Did you ever take Accutane? I almost did. I went to a dermatologist and filled out all the forms, they gave me all the disclaimers and whatnot, and i was super excited like oh finally im going to get rid of this acne and not be self-conscious anymore And then I went into fill prescription and yeah by the way it's gonna be $600 or 500 dollars a month and I couldn't afford that and Im very grateful that happened because I would have died dude That would've 100% killed me with the state I was in One of my closest friends was on Accutane and has Crohn's today, and still deals with it. And back then when we were just finding out he was getting on this there was a news story about a kid... It's so foggy in my mind but a kid who is like flying a helicopter and took it down. Then the news was like well he was on Accutane and suicidal thoughts are related. It's a toxic form of vitamin A that persists in your body for a ridiculously long amount of time

15:39 I've heard so many horror stories with Accutane, especially the mental because it dries out everything in your body. It's affecting the ability of every cell in your body to intake water and now imagine what happens if your brain is starved that water? It's one of the most toxic drugs on earth and we still give it to people and I know someone who took Accutane and didn't have any problems from it. So I think there's another level of variability like tolerability with a lot of pharmaceutical medications like some people can take Prozac and it doesn't destroy their life other people their dick never gets hard again They don't feel love anymore like it permanently low bottom ism so i think. There are degrees of sensitivity and i think a lot has to do with my detoxification nutrition the resistance to it right and i think that if somebody stacked things against us that like you can handle one or two but you throw in four five things and its like thats when you get those really terrible reactions

CHAPTER 05 / 26 Discussion

Germ Theory Skepticism and Vitamin Deficiencies

Dolan and Carlwood question the validity of germ theory and modern virology, suggesting that disease is often a result of environmental toxins and nutritional deficiencies rather than isolated pathogens. They discuss how high levels of Vitamin D and Vitamin A can prevent or mitigate illnesses like the flu and measles. The conversation also touches on the potential long-term benefits of natural immunity gained from childhood illnesses compared to vaccine-induced immunity.

germ theory· virology· vitamin d· vitamin a· measles· melanoma

16:30 What's the mystery i mean i just lost my dad who is seventy five and really super healthy my mom's eighty two and never was as healthy as he was and she drinks everyday sorry man what can you do i mean it's just no one gets out alive if i get to seventy five that guess i should be pretty happy but. You know you think about these things when people you know pass away and like how did he get melanoma everybody says melanoma is from seed oils and not from the sun my dad was on the sun more than anyone i never use sunscreen so don't tell me it's a sunscreen thing. You know, it's just a lot of this stuff is abstract until you start thinking about the people you know and who behaves which way and who makes it and who doesn't. And sometimes I just want to throw up my hands like fuck it! I should just have a good time. So much nuance like maybe he was spraying glyphosate every year for dealing with weeds and there are so many things in our environment that can cause these downstream effects

17:26 Especially we were talking about before the show germ theory and virology. It's so myopic and simplistic in my mind now, trying to attribute all disease to one single little microscopic particle causing all your symptoms is so nonsensical to me it's illogical." And then you can look at papers on vitamin D like wow if your vitamin D is above 50 you don't get the flu in winter? So is that virus causing the problem or is that the vitamin D deficiency Same thing with measles, like they found if you give kids enough vitamin A from food or supplemental if it's the right form. They don't get measles or they don't have a negative reaction to and it is very minor disease so its like chicken egg argument what is causing what? Is it susceptibility or

18:05 the particle or the bacteria being the causal factor. Right and i interviewed del big tree years ago and one of the things that stuck with me was he said that if you get measles just go through a sick week, your immune to certain soft tissue cancers later in life but if u give the measles vaccine people they tend to get those cancer so There's so much cause and effect that we don't understand. And when you're talking about decades, no one is thinking in those kind of timeframes and you have to kinda. Yeah I think the core of it is nutrition obviously if you listen up which mother podcast i'm very pro carnivory

CHAPTER 06 / 26 Discussion

Carnivore Diet and Autoimmune Disease Remission

Dolan describes his transition to a carnivore diet after hearing testimonials from Sean Baker and Jordan Peterson regarding the resolution of autoimmune issues. Within two weeks of eating only meat, Dolan experienced the disappearance of chronic back pain, joint pain, and lifelong eye floaters. He argues that the medical system "farms suffering for cash" and that returning to an ancestral, meat-based diet is a primary tool for physical and spiritual recovery.

carnivore diet· autoimmune disease· jordan peterson· eye floaters· joint pain· meat

18:45 In the conspiratorial space, I mean it's kind of changed more recently but initially i was vegan plant based before i went carnivore so i had like all that indoctrination like don't eat red meat causes bowel cancer saturated fat causes heart disease. I believe that stuff i thought that was true and then I hear a podcast on Rogan with Sean Baker and kind of plants the seed. And like, oh that's interesting but that sounds idiotic because of all these facts about nutrition that I accepted at the time. Then Jordan Peterson goes on a month later and talks about his autoimmune disease. The thing that really got me was the eye floaters my left eye and i had mentioned My left eyes always been my bad eye and it has floaters in where I would like sees like little squiggly marks in the sky if I looked up

19:26 a very common symptom, it's an autoimmune thing. And his went away and I'm like okay that's interesting. I've had that my entire life and it's a degeneration problem, it's an autoimmune problem. I said screw it! I'll try it like I've tried every other diet what's going to harm me? 30 days of eating nothing but meat what's the worst that could happen? Two weeks later I had no back pain, I had no joint pain, my mind was as clear since ever been. My gut...I was still you know like the loose poops that happened to a lot of people on carnivore meat only very watery shit I had that still but there's no pain. I had no pain in my gut like i'd have for 10 years straight, it was a constant everyday thing and when i woke up in the morning, my gut hurt and then once i had a bowel movement it was okay then later on in the day and that was first time ever had relief from it immediately in my mind thats where the inversionism came from is once i wrapped around the fact everything i learned about diet and health mostly plant based focused

20:20 was a complete inversion, completely backwards. And then you start digging into ancestral history, Weston Price's work I'm sure you're very familiar with Sally Fallin wonderful lady, I have a great amount of respect for those people and the knowledge or sharing but you start realizing wow All this inversion started kind of in the forties and fifties you know die hard hypothesis and keys sugar industry funding studies that will fly saturated fat. Yeah and you find out like seven day adventure so basically eugenics is not that masturbation was evil we should just kill ourselves and procreate, and you know eat brand cornflakes no nutrition it you start finding that thread

20:59 The more you dig into it, the more you realize every aspect of the medical system is an inversion to harm you. The way we treat heart disease, diabetes, cancer... All of it! They're farming your suffering for cash. They are using you as a vessel to suck money out of you and then you can take it to another level if there's some spiritual aspect to this like whether it's the Nephilim or demons or archons or jinn whatever you want to call it that are feeding off that suffering Man, I wish i knew more back then and could have saved myself a lot earlier but yeah im very programming for now as result. Yeah this is exciting obviously like the western a price model i think the audience knows that i think it's an organization they provide amazing resources having just moved to new area thats what i tapped first is what is the local chapter of weston a price there are very friendly

CHAPTER 07 / 26 Discussion

Fiat Food and Government Dietary Manipulation

The concept of "fiat food" is explored, suggesting the U.S. government promoted cheap, non-nutritious factory foods to hide the effects of inflation after leaving the gold standard. Dolan references Weston A. Price’s research on physical degeneration, arguing that modern dietary guidelines are a form of eugenics designed to target fertility and population growth. They recommend the Weston A. Price Foundation as a resource for finding local, high-quality animal products.

fiat food· gold standard· weston a price· inflation· cereal· eugenics

21:52 They showed me where to get high quality local meat and raw milk and eggs are easy to get but this is a resource wherever you are in the country tap into weston a price find the local chapter. And they have hot locks every so often so like even if u just wanna, have a good meal that abides by these principles you can and yeah you had mentioned fiat food that was matthew le sac la chac amazing pod highly recommend yeah man he opened my eyes to the fact that government got involved in this because they wanted to hide inflation once they took us off the gold standard, they knew that the first thing everybody sees is the price of their foods and that's when riots happen so. They went to kellogg's instead hey we're gonna do a deal with the devil

22:44 you can produce super cheap factory food it's not nutritious but is not gonna kill your heart pumping along at least for a little while so. They made this deal and like basically promoted all the cereal base bullshit in change the whole dietary pyramid and i was a mix of incentives, but a major incentive from the government was we cannot let people know how bad getting off the gold standard really was. And that's just to take I hadn't heard before and you really have to be multidisciplinary to really catch all the incentives that are wrapped up in this system and maybe it is ultimately a spiritual thing. We can obviously get into that. I 100% think so. It's not only that like it's just the eugenics aspect of

23:31 There's a book, Nutrition and Physical Degeneration by Weston Price. Very profound book you have to read it if you want to get through all of the nutrition inversion and like get all the crap epidemiology out of your head where it's like eating one egg a day increases your risk for heart disease by 30%. I'm at that point now, I used to be very big into science I've stepped away from that because i think we can get lost in the weeds and not understand that there is a physiological reality our gut is designed to certain way if you're gonna look at a dog or cat, don't do study just look at their physiology you know what they're supposed to eat.

24:07 innately and then you look at our ancestral history in that same context is very obvious what we should be eating. And those cultures are western a prices book like he was a dentist expecting to find vegetarians found hyper carnivores you wanna know why their teeth were decaying but teeth is just a symptom of another greater problem with your health, get bad teeth often have no heart disease diabetes cancers it's all interconnected and That book is what really just kind of put the nail in the coffin in my mind that, wow! Everything we've been told about nutrition is inverted. It's malicious and I think it's intended to target fertility for depopulation goals. I think that is a core reason for the plant-based diet push and the vilification of animal foods and saturated fat is to try and ensure we are not reproducing as much you take it to another level

CHAPTER 08 / 26 Discussion

Saturated Fat and Liver Detoxification Mechanisms

Dolan explains the physiological necessity of saturated fat for the production of bile, which the liver uses to conjugate and excrete toxins. He argues that the vilification of animal fats has destroyed the public's natural detoxification capacity and impaired brain health, as the brain is primarily composed of fats. The segment also mentions the work of Aajonus Vonderplanitz and the benefits of raw milk in supporting these biological processes.

saturated fat· bile· liver· glutathione· detoxification· raw milk

24:53 Your dietary fat intake, most of your detoxification happens from your liver and it's your liver dumping bile salts into your gut. That is where most toxins are conjugated with glutathione and dumped into your gut. If you have a permeable gut, you're going to be reabsorbing those toxins if you're avoiding saturated fat, you're not gonna be making as much bile to get that crap out of you. There was a guy named I don't know if you've heard of him Audrenius Von Der Planets? He was a primal diet guy who's very involved in like the legalization of raw milk in California Can i create the cashier model where you like all by piece of a cow and get milk every week use way ahead of his time especially with the raw milk benefits on very very proud dairy. What is this idea that eating fat was detoxifying when i first started getting the car never read that idea was very interesting to me wondering,

25:40 If there's foreknowledge to this, because you go back to Chinese Eastern medicine. They knew this stuff already they knew that fat helps your body make bile and that there are also these secondary bile acids in Chinese medicine they called it black bile and when you eat fat it helps bind that stuff up and you excrete it through stool or urine I think the purpose for the vilification of animal foods is multifaceted like its not just the monetary aspect. It's to destroy your detoxification capacity, it is to ruin your fertility, it's to affect your brain and I think ultimately it's more or less trap you in a materialist perspective and not give your brain the nutrition that needs to perceive reality in the right way because I mean your brains made of omega-3 saturated fats like... It's so important to get those nutrients for you to have a healthy mind and I think you can't have a good spiritual life unless your mind is healthy as well

CHAPTER 09 / 26 Discussion

Agriculture Impact on Human Brain Size

The conversation shifts to the historical impact of agriculture on human physiology, noting that human brain size has decreased since the shift from animal fats to grain-based carbohydrates. Dolan discusses nutrigenomics and the idea that humans are not biologically adapted to the high-lectin, high-carbohydrate diet introduced by large-scale farming. He suggests that this dietary shift has led to a decline in cognitive function and physical robustness.

agriculture· brain size· omega-3· carbohydrates· nutrigenomics· evolution

26:31 Fair enough. So let's get deeper into... Carnivore and why you like it because this really hasn't been talked about in any interviews i've done yes i interviewed sally fowler morale and she's big on healthy fats and kind of a keto fat based thing but straight carnivore i don't think i ever had anybody talk about that. I will say i'm not like pure only eat meat type of car bar there is new ones in this just like everything else i think most people on earth, have no idea how food is affecting them. They have no idea how one single food in their diet could obliterate their life and as someone who was very neurotic and tracked everything he ate, I mean, I did a journal for like God knows how many years where I wrote down everything I ate, everything I supplemented and how I felt what symptoms I had that day what new symptoms popped up? And you do that long enough when you start picking up on patterns whenever I eat spinach my joints hurt like my wrist hurts My back hurts When I eat kale my voice gets higher

27:30 You start seeing those patterns and this is why I think carnivore is such a profound diet for anyone to try. I don't think you should just eat nothing but meat long term, but in the short-term let's say 60 days 90 days If you eat nothing but meat and then you start adding in your old foods back in one by one, you have a much greater perception of how they affect you. And what they're doing to your mind and what they're doing to your mood, what they're doing to your energy, your gut health whatever nagging pain you might have that's my perspective on it I think ultimately we're supposed to be adhering the seasonal availability of foods so that means you can't eat fruit all year You can't have blueberries every single day I think were supposed to try and emulate the diet of our ancestors in every way imaginable if

28:11 are you in from i don't personally believe in mac revolution that we can find some i don't think the ball for monkeys and that same sense either i'll get you to eat curry But if you do want to make that argument, that we are adapting to the environment that we had and the foods that we ate is called nutrigenomics or epigenetics. It's very obvious that if we're going to have good health and continue growing our brain instead of shrinking it like it has been for the past however many thousands of years since agriculture really is the timeline that most people argue from... Yeah isn't that interesting? Yeah! Since agriculture comes in our brains get smaller because we shift out saturated fats and omega-3s as our primary source of energy to carbohydrates

28:49 and that's not giving our brain the fat it needs to grow or sustain. It's hard to say whether agriculture is the cause of that, there are a lot of threads you can follow whether or not it's a change in diet or if there's something more nefarious with the Nephilim as they call them but I think that shift away from our innate natural diet is making us dumber and I think there's decent evidence now recently that that's affecting our cognition And then there's another aspect, there is a lecture on the Ancestry Foundation YouTube channel. called How We Lost Our Minds to Agriculture. It's by a guy named Jay Stanton, I believe and he makes this very interesting argument that the human bicameral mind is a new thing that we didn't always have this bicameral split mind in like left-right brain and that didn't develop until we started eating grains and those grains correlated with people hearing voices and having these supernatural experiences or being inhabited by demons just from eating bread and you can go look up a paper Bread Inedible Agents of Mental Disease that gets through the mechanisms of it

CHAPTER 10 / 26 Discussion

Gut Microbiome and Scavenger Stomach Acid

Dolan presents evidence that humans are biological carnivores, citing a stomach pH of 1.1 to 1.5, which is more acidic than that of dogs or cats and comparable to vultures. He claims that common bacteria like E. coli and Salmonella are not inherently pathogenic but play roles in producing neurotransmitters like serotonin and dopamine. The discussion suggests that ancestral humans were scavengers who relied on high acidity and fermentation to safely consume meat.

stomach acid· e. coli· salmonella· neurotransmitters· fermentation· scavengers

29:50 Most of it stems from gut permeability. And I know you've listened to some of the other pods I did, we have a second brain in our gut. We have massive microorganism that is creating electricity that powers your body these bacteria are electric, you can find papers on that as well and they're also making the neurotransmitters at your brain uses. I'm sure you've probably heard from some people in the carnivore space once you like are really deep on it they eat like fermented meat and they feel high That's a very interesting anecdote. I've heard quite a bit and i eat blue cheese and i get the same effect, I eat a four-day old kefir that I've tested for pathogens and it was tested positive for E. coli Salmonella Enterobacter like... And I drink it! I never get sick and it makes me feel good Now I heard you say in a previous show that E. coli and salmonella create neurotransmitters this is probably one of the furthest out things that I heard you say that I was like man that is maybe I had uh really drilled in

30:45 Aversion to e coli and salmonella and i know inversion is unsure but like man this one really was like i took it for granted that those were just toxic bacteria's but break that down where does that come from. Yeah so there a bunch of papers look up the co-op produces dopamine a co-op produces serotonin gaba like all these neurotransmitters, there are papers detailing that they make most of the neurotransmitters at your brain uses You get back into the root of the medical system and just germ theory in general, and the attribution of these bacteria causing a problem or them being a response to something else. Like perhaps you have a decaying gut and they're there consuming that decaying part of your being

31:27 and that they play an essential role in healing, supporting your digestion. Ensuring that the wall of your intestine is well sealed up... They play very important roles in our diet. And then you go back to gut physiology and ancestral history, you can find tons of evidence that humans started whether it was several thousand years ago or tens of thousands who knows? The timelines are all wishy-washy with my mind now But we have been scavengers before where we're finding corpses and eating them. And you think about it in the context of food preparation, like what did we do without refrigerators? We had to ferment cure sun dry bury the food like we had to use fermentation and bacteria and fungus to ensure that the food was kept in a edible state. And then you look at our stomach acid I mean the mere fact we have a 1.1 to 1.5 pH stomach acid which is lower than dogs cats and every other carnivore

32:18 and on the same levels as vultures and scavengers that consume corpses for their nutrition is the quintessential evidence in my mind that it's undeniable proof that we are a carnivorous species, and that's how we should be eating. Yes I wanted to point this out because this comes from a retweet of yours but the more Acidic the stomach, the better it is for breaking down meat. Sheep which are herbivores 4.7 pig omnivore 2.6 dolphin carnivore 2.3 falcon scavenger 1.8 humans 1.1 to 1.5 lower than vultures that feed on rotten corpses and I do think about this when i see nature in general and im just like man

CHAPTER 11 / 26 Discussion

Raw Meat Consumption and Natural Immunity

The hosts discuss the "Raw Meat Experiment" and other individuals who consume raw organs and chicken without falling ill. Dolan argues that a healthy "terrain" and high stomach acidity protect the body from environmental pathogens that mainstream science teaches people to fear. They contrast the robust health of animals in nature, who eat their natural diets, with the chronic illness prevalent in humans who follow industrial dietary guidelines.

raw meat· raw chicken· pathogens· terrain theory· immunity· parasites

33:03 none of these animals are getting sick you know they're living in pretty rough conditions even just like not far from either swampy areas where deer always walking through and it's kinda interesting to see deer walking through like knee-high swamp water is just not a visual i ever got very often And I'm just like, you know they seem healthy. You can find pictures on Reddit where it's like look at this fungus this deer got and it looks like something out of left behind well there is environmental toxins that do to like perhaps a walk through cornfield that was just sprayed with Atrazine like there are so many things in the environment that can make you sick and that's why I said earlier like the myopia with attributing it to just a bacteria or just a virus The more you learn the more that should become just idiotic to

33:48 For the most part though, everything I see in nature is pretty healthy. There's a lot of turkey vultures around me always eating roadkill and i just always think about the way humans think about nature and food versus like what I'm seeing in the environment... And it's not overrun with disease! These animals aren't constantly sick and dying there seem pretty robust. Yeah exactly. Dogs will do it cats will do it they have stomach acid higher than us And you go look at these ancient cultures, this is what I mean. If we can just step outside of the mainstream science and this Rockefeller indoctrination of fear, fear, fear, fear the virus, fear the bacteria, take this antibiotic, take this vaccine... if we can step outside of that and just go look at our ancestral history, these cultures like the Alaskans or Native Americans even in Nordic countries, surströmming which is pickled herring

34:39 It's fermented rotted fish. Then you have like the fermented shark soup that people eat, then you have these cultures that would bury liver under the ground and ferment it for like six months and then unearth it and only unearthed to feed people in their tribe who were sick to make them healthy again. So again isn't that an interesting inversion? Like we attribute disease to these animal foods if they're not cooked enough all the cultures of antiquity, they would use these fermented animal foods to then heal people. And for those of you who are averse this already I'm going to tell you right now all the meat you buy at the store is dry aged that means they hang it in a room and ferment it. The prosciutto you eat is raw leg of a pig that has aged and cured for months. That's raw pork! You're eating a raw fermented meat salami pastrami

35:22 all these cured meats that are so integral to our cultures, all the cheeses, all the fermented vegetables. You are consuming a food that is rotted with bacteria at its core. So why are we so averse to it with meat? We're so averse to it with animal foods and we have these perceptions of it's dangerous or maybe E-coli in there or salmonella I'll tell you right now when I make my kefir, I fermented for four or five days at 68 to 70 degrees. I make it really acidic really strong because that's how I like it tastes like liquid Parmesan cheese It's really good I'm addicted to it. It's very tasty, I don't drink a ton of it but I drink like a cup or so a day, cup and half sometimes a quart and I've had it tested with Amazon test kits three different ones and its tested positive for E coli salmonella enterobacter and there's a couple other on the test kit that I can't remember what they are but I drink it and I don't get sick. I feel great you can find this guy Derek there was a YouTube video he ages all his own meat he eats nothing but raw meat eats like fermented raw organs he's never been sick from

36:20 So, there's a physiological reality to us that we have low enough stomach acid and this is another nuance. Sometimes people do not have healthy stomach acid and that is the terrain. That's what we're supposed to keep healthy that makes us not susceptible to these things. And that's what you were talking about with these animals in nature they're eating their natural diet, their terrain is healthy and that makes it so resistant all of these supposed environmental pathogens and viruses. So this derrick guy might be the same when i have in mind but i follow a guy on instagram raw meat experiment and he. Makes his crazy videos is funny to me likes memes he knows how ridiculous it looks, and he will just slog rye eggs and eat hamburger right out of the package and this is the craziest in the last hundred days he's on a hundred plus days of eating raw chicken everyday

37:11 And that's the one that kind of gets my stomach turning. I'm like, damn, i've been so conditioned against raw chicken. Of course why should it be much different from other meats? But he'll just sit in a park and let people walk past him and he'll just take a fork and stab it into a big raw chicken breast and start chomping on them like dude! I thought about interviewing him but honestly these food interviews...I want them to be about more than just food which is why I like you because you got the food And, you know we'll see how far we get but there's a lot of things that we can talk about. It all connects dude! it does and so I wanted to also ask you about the plants being harmful for us this is something else you wrote not only do we have more acidic stomach acid than almost every other well more than every carnivore and even scavengers We have near zero capacity to ferment fiber

CHAPTER 12 / 26 Discussion

Plant Anti-Nutrients and Seasonal Eating

Dolan explains that many plants contain natural defense chemicals, such as oxalates and phytates, which can cause joint pain and mineral deficiencies. He advocates for seasonal eating, noting that northern European ancestors would not have had access to fruits or leafy greens year-round. While acknowledging that some people feel better initially on a vegan diet due to the removal of processed foods, he argues it is not sustainable for long-term health or fertility.

anti-nutrients· oxalates· phytates· seasonal eating· veganism· fiber

38:00 Into saturated fats like are supposed to be human ancestors like other primates and stuff which means we have to get it from food the only foods we can eat to get the right that's. And fat soluble vitamins from in nature to support reproduction is animal foods and i've heard you talk about the harm from plants there's not only the natural defenses of plans but also the weather processed in this country sometimes heavy metals can be associated and i also just think, in my logic of trying to watch nature and observe and try to eat right. I'm thinking there is a difference between leafy greens and fruits like a tree produces fruit switch have

38:43 seeds in them and they're meant to be bright and colorful and taste good. They want to be eaten so you eat them, pass them through your body, drop them back into nature with fertilizer isn't that interesting? So to me that's a different thing but then leafy greens I could see a plant being like hey don't eat me i'm trying to survive here and it produces the chemical that is harmful but talk about these sorts of things heavy metals associated with leafy greens also just their natural defenses Absolutely. So if we go back thousands of years, it's a very different environment and very different plant foods that we're eating and it's all based on geographical location so it's not as simple as this one plant food is just always bad. It really there's an ancestral argument to be made If you're a white person like me I'm German French Irish little bit Scandinavian mostly European. I come from a long line of dairy cattle farmers that did not eat a lot of fruit they had some in the summer in the fall but it was mostly meat eggs dairy fermented vegetables like sauerkraut stuff like

39:39 And then you have people who are from like equatorial descents, we tons of fruit because it's available year round a little bit less animal foods. So I think there is an ancestral argument to be made but in terms of anti nutrients You go back to how we used to prepare these foods, to reduce the anti-nutrient content. We have to prepare it in a certain way." So instead of you going out and picking raw almonds or just eating it raw and obliterating yourself with phytates oxalate's and like objective toxins that are not good for you... It's not giving you any nutrition is not helping your gut. The fiber isn't giving me value. It's just objectively toxic if you then soak that almond for couple days You sun dry it, you roast it and then you perhaps ferment in another method. You reduce the anti-nutrients, you increase the nutrient content, you liberate the minerals from the phytate and you get probiotics with it and then the bacteria also make like additional B vitamins. You change it as a food. You change it from being a toxic to do healthy foods so when it comes to plant foods is about preparation in my mind that's how I view it for fruit we should obviously be eating fruits cyclically

40:38 If you're from northern climates, you're not eating fruit year round. You're not eating berries year round. You have to step outside of this modern industrialization and agriculture and go back to what was seasonal availability of these foods? Meat, eggs, dairy available year-round. You ate those all the time that's your core nutrition that's what sustained us for who knows how many thousands of years. And then the plant foods were cyclical. You get the berries in late summer or early fall. You get tubers that were here intermittently and then you have like you said the green vegetables which didn't exist up until several thousand years ago like all the kale spinach lettuce bread them from the mustard plant. What they are today brussels sprouts those exist so there's another argument for should we be eating foods that

41:23 We're not in our ancestral history. Should we be eating these plant foods that we are not physiologically adapted to? And I know a lot of people make the arguments for like green vet, for greens in general that all they give you magnesium they got so fuller fame that helps you detoxify This is where we get into the hormesis argument. So again, in the lens of seasonal availability if we cyclically eat those foods we derive a short-term benefit. Hormesis is like a beneficial stress essentially this is what like the antioxidant arguments, the polyphenols they give you a short term benefit but if you continually eat those foods that short term benefit turns into a stress

42:01 Which might be why when people do convert to a vegetarian or vegan diet, they're feeling better for awhile. But I mean universally they're way too skinny and look sickly. I know several of them and it's just like...I don't know any of them that seem robust and super healthy. They are not obese! Sure if your metric is just obesity you win because you are very thin and frail i would say But yeah, it's like you feel better when you get off the processed foods and it doesn't matter what you eat short term. If its whole foods that come from the earth, you're going to feel better than the process. It's better than that happened to me. I went vegan and I felt better. I came from standard American diet and I felt better initially. And then, you know, you start getting kidney stones. You do cook food though? I mean, you're not eating full raw talk to us about...I like prosciutto and I eat a lot of cured meats

CHAPTER 13 / 26 Discussion

Meat Preparation and Einkorn Wheat Benefits

Dolan shares his specific food preparation methods, including searing steaks from frozen to preserve heat-sensitive nutrients like taurine and carnitine. He discusses the benefits of Einkorn wheat, an ancient grain with Type A gluten that is more digestible than modern varieties when fermented. The segment also covers the use of raw egg yolks, fermented dairy, and the "high" sensation reported from consuming aged raw liver.

einkorn· taurine· raw dairy· fermentation· liver· dry aging

42:55 raw milk and I like my steaks rare, but beyond that like you know i don't really go much more hardcore than that. Yeah I'm big on raw dairy I mean I make my own little clabber cheeses, I make my own kefir for my meat. I like searing my steaks from frozen and keeping the internal temp under 120 degrees Fahrenheit closer to 110-115 Because if you cook your meat above that, you lose the taurine. And like dogs and cats we need dietary taurine for optimal health and detoxification hormonal function reducing heart disease like there are so many important benefits that we need to get from red meat. Most of that comes from taurine then there are other amino acids like carnizine carnotene they're also heat sensitive. So that's what I do with my meat otherwise I eat eggs like I get pastured eggs. I don't do whites raw i don't know why but my gut does not

43:45 the raw whites of an egg. I get a little crampy feeling, but raw egg yolks all the time. I put them on my steaks all the time for fermented foods in terms of plant foods like I will make my own kefir einkorn sourdough bread and I don't use any water. I use kefir as the starter so it's just flour and kefir and i can only do einkorn. Einkorn is the oldest wheat on earth. It's 12-14 000 years old It's a single species. It's like twice the nutrition of the modern durum wheat, there are no pesticides. It is significantly healthier and it is type A gluten which your body can actually digest if you fermented. It's an actual bioavailable protein all the modern wheats like the durum, semolina, rye those are all type D gluten which are not as digestible that I think one of core reasons why people have bad reactions to it. And I'm sure you've heard anecdotes from people like Rogan

44:33 Who say like, oh I go over to Italy and eat their pasta and i don't get that same feeling like I do here where I get tired sluggish. I think pesticides are a big reason for fortification the bio-sludges from human waste that they're using to grow these foods and how that affects the content of the wheat whether it's full of pharmaceuticals birth control whatever else there is always a lot better over there but I'm very pro-carnivory, but I'm not like the puritanical just to eat meat forever. That's it." Like, I don't believe in that. I think in the short term like I said earlier if you have any health problem... If you're overweight, if you have an autoimmune issue, if you have a mental health problem, the meat only diet steak or just steak and eggs or steak and raw dairy, those three foods as the core, if you start at that baseline and then you start adding stuff back in, you have a much better chance of perceiving what is causing that symptom because a lot of times they'll come back

45:22 eat spinach, your joint pain comes back. Maybe it's because the oxalates like I said the voice problem or the thyroid issues low energy maybe that's from the goitrogens and kale. And I think that's the perfect baseline diet. That's a perfect elimination diet to figure out how food is affecting you otherwise man I but Targa which is like salt dry cured fish roe amazing food really nutrient dense packed with phospholipid omega-3 supports your brain. I do liver. I have done some aged liver like three four five months I will tell you, it does make you feel high. Sometimes it's a little bit of an uncomfortable type of energy like you feel like you just smoke crack cocaine levels of energy so you got to be a little wary... Like I think like a tiny bit like a spoonful just intermittently every now and again give your gut the adequate proteolytic bacteria, the putrefactive bacteria help you digest food is helpful or you can just go down the route of dry aging your own meat.

46:17 Dry age your own steaks. I mean, a lot of people do that in their fridge already. That's fermenting the meat you're fermenting that meat to be more bioavailable. It's increasing the nutrition content of it with bacteria Otherwise, I also drink yerba mate tea. That's my favorite tea on earth. I don't know if you ever drank that but... I've had that guayaca canned tea which i'm sure is not the same thing Yeah not great! You want to get the EcoTeas organic unsmoked Don't do a smoked kind there are some issues with throat cancers in the smoked tea Also just don't like the flavor Like I think the smokiness too it very off-putting

CHAPTER 14 / 26 Discussion

Heavy Metals and Planetary Alchemical Influences

Dolan describes a personal experience with lead poisoning that altered his perception of time, leading him to research alchemical associations between metals and planets. He posits that heavy metal toxicity from mercury, lead, and aluminum may turn the human body into an "antenna" for malevolent planetary or archontic forces. The discussion links Saturn with lead, Mars with iron, and Venus with copper, exploring how these elements might influence human consciousness.

heavy metals· alchemy· saturn· lead poisoning· archons· astrology

46:54 Another area of research where you say some interesting things is heavy metals. We know that all the planets have associations with different metals, but you think there might be a connection between the heavy metals in our bodies and how susceptible we are to these celestial influences? Yeah so this is kind of a realization I had after I got lead poisoning So I don't know if it came...I was buying this sketchy brand of yerba in bulk from Argentina could have been that could've been a pan I bought from Goodwill But I had lead nickel poisoning And during that period of my life time just flew by me is such a weird thing to say like you have three months of your life that you really don't remember it's just a blur, you're just in the monotonous day today no work from home fifty hours week on the computer just doing it shit and then read a book and just that money not need an hour fast time fly by i started just kind of.

47:45 Because I had already studied the occult quite a bit and some of the alchemy stuff, especially listen to your podcast. And if you look up the alchemical associations like Saturn is associated with lead and Saturn is a god of time in almost every mythology. The fact that I had that effect, that perceived effect from lead toxicity affecting my time perception was very interesting to me. And I think that these forces whether you call them the archons in some terms or the angels and other religions whatever you want to be these plans to there's often a metal associated with it and then like a certain type of. Level answer but never once i think heavy metal toxicities with lead cadmium mercury,

48:25 tin, iron and silver from the geoengineering. I think these metals turn you into an antenna for those forces that make you more susceptible to their influence. That's kind of where I ended up after having my own personal experience. I know you've probably had some interesting conversations with other people about these planetary forces but what do you think about that? Sure i think it's interesting i looked up before we got to talk and like copper is venus i just did a show with matt roski about the benefits of copper and venus is like the love. Kind of planets. Fertility! Fertility, yeah... Iron and Mars I mean iron is like the whole iron age we all talk about it because of the weaponry and I don't know there's kind of an association between our development of weapons and iron in Mars I suppose tin and Jupiter I didn't really find a strong allegory for or anything

49:21 I think tenants, wisdom logic education that kind of thing is what's associated with Jupiter like a teacher kind of thing. But tin toxicity is not really well documented or found. You don't really find too many heavy metal tests that look for tin exposure, so that one's interesting but I know that back in the day they used to make alchemists used to make this thing called the oil of tin to treat liver problems skin issues water retention problems like people who are bloated they use those kind of treatments and then i'm sure you've heard about some of the stuff in ancient Greece like the Theriac I've been hearing about that a lot lately. No what's that?

49:57 It's like the elixir to heal all disease and it's a combination of snake venoms plus opium, heavy metals and frankincense myrrh. And then there are some that are kind of wild I can't remember the dude's name but i heard him on a danny jones podcast. I interviewed that guy too you're talking about dr a man held men yeah i didn't even need to hear more than that but i knew where you're going he's got some wild ideas and he's out there on somethings like it kind of a little all over the place with this was a pet yeah dad, use walking dangerous ground start going down that route but here we greet and he's trying to parse those original greek texts.

CHAPTER 15 / 26 Discussion

Dr. Aman Hillman and Provocative Perspectives

Greg Carlwood reflects on the backlash received after interviewing Dr. Aman Hillman regarding his controversial interpretations of ancient Greek medical texts. Dolan and Carlwood discuss the importance of hearing provocative perspectives without being "triggered," even when the claims involve sensitive topics like religion or recreational drug use in antiquity. They emphasize the need for discernment and the ability to entertain thoughts without fully believing them.

dr. aman hillman· greek texts· snake venom· censorship· discernment· religion

50:35 and arguing that they're using the semen from a prepubescent boy in the theriac, and the blood of a child. All these things to make the elixir of life and prevent disease and all that. I think the metal association with planets is tied to all that. Each individual metal associated like they're trying to combine all the forces into some elixir that deals with all disease anyways, that's quite the tangent. No it's fine! I interviewed him and i got more pushback and negative feedback than I have in a long time. And then, I saw Danny Jones had him on right after and it was just funny to see someone else. I was like, I wonder if he's taking that same kind of heat? Yeah well here...I'd like to say something on that though If someone says something that you disagree with Like if they have some reprehensible view like thinking Jesus was a pedo That doesn't then invalidate everything else they're saying

51:26 I think we should be open to absolutely any perspective and just don't get triggered by it. Like, just hear someone out you don't have to get mad at them. And also use your discernment to be like well what is this guy's expertise? Well he reads Greek and so he applied his knowledge of reading Greek to some Greek medical texts and he found some strange things about snake venoms and concoctions that aren't advertised and he highlighted the fact that they were getting high all the time, the Romans and Greeks were using recreational drugs. If you go to a conventional college and study Greeks and Romans they say no they didn't do that

52:03 Another thing is when we try to take something like the Greeks or the Romans and apply one behavior To all those people millions of people you can't do it It's an elite class is what he's talking about right but people of all cultures there will be some doing recreational drugs in any age I promise you that so like to have this weird academic blockage from accepting that. I mean, that's kind of where I think dr Hillman is Right, and applicable and interesting. And then the Jesus was a child trafficker thing? I mean that's a whole other aspect but nobody is right about everything Yeah it's a speculative position. There is one bible verse he uses where he gets stopped and Jesus goes, I'm not trafficking this child

52:48 And he makes his own discernment of what that means yeah and assumption that being so defensive meant you had something to hide but like your parts in a text it's been translated have a dozen times went through the council nice it's like, Jesus man i don't like when christians do it and I don't like what anti-christians to it don't hinge an entire world view on a sentence. But i'm willing to hear about because its provocative thing in my shows about provocative perspectives but that's how i view everything like here anybody out no matter what have an open mind be willing to entertain the thought without fully believing that is the most important skill set today, you will never find truth in anything less capable of doing that well said so the last thing i want to make sure we fit into first hour is blue light and

CHAPTER 16 / 26 Discussion

Blue Light and DARPA Screen Patents

The discussion turns to the potential weaponization of technology, specifically the intentional use of blue light and flicker rates in digital screens to induce hypnotic states. Carlwood mentions Dr. Jack Kruse’s claims that DARPA holds patents for these technologies, which are licensed to major tech companies. They explore the idea that screens are designed to make the public more receptive to propaganda and suggest there is a market for "clean" screens that do not emit harmful frequencies.

blue light· darpa· jack kruse· rfk jr· patents· google

53:29 this stuff in the tech realm because it's so interesting now a lot of people know that our screens emit blue light and its harmful but they might not know that this was by design according to doctor jack cruise who i interviewed him he mentioned this but I don't know, it didn't resonate as it has resonated since that interview and I've learned more. But DARPA has all these patents and the tech companies license them. They basically made sure that if a screen was produced, it was going to emit blue light. That's not just an accident or unfortunate circumstance of the technology, its by design

54:07 and so this should set off alarm bells to people but dr jack cruz he was all excited about rfk jr and his vp pick nicole shanahan because she was married to sergey brin who was the the co-founder of Google with Larry Page. She apparently knows a lot about this and they got divorced in 2022, and Jack Cruz said that he and RFK Jr., and Shanahan all three sat down together and talked about exposing this but obviously the RFK campaign is kind of fizzled out And I don't think people are ready to hear that stuff anyway, but talk to us a little bit about this. I mean it's society collapses. If this reality became known by the public that all the screens and devices you have around you all of time are putting into suggestive hypnotic states making more receptive propaganda... Weaponized from the ground up? It is the reddest of all red pills dude because if ... You can go find these patents

55:03 There's a website, there's like a full document. It's like directed energy type of weapon patent they go through targeted individuals basically ways to use technology around you to influence your behavior and to torture you or to influence your consciousness or put you in a certain headspace like Project Bizarre where they did this with monkeys where they were pulsing them with all kinds of different frequencies to make them docile make them angry to make them super sexualized if things are as bad as people think they are Multiply it by 10 and you're probably closer to reality. That's my perspective, and that's what Dr Jack Cruz says too It's like they even use the flicker rate so it's not just the blue light but all Aspects of the screen are designed to put you in a trance light state It's almost like they took MK ultra and the principles and they're like well how do we put this in every home?

55:53 that was their mindset and that is what started everything and then it's like, well what has the television been for programming exactly and it's like here's some entertainment to keep your attention long enough to sell you ads during the commercial break so its always been about giving new products and then the news always been propaganda it's getting you to accept things that you might not except if u weren't in that brainwave state and all the different effects that you get from staring at that screen. When you really sit with that, and you think about the reverse engineering of all of it, its mind blowing! It is the biggest conspiracy probably, your right. And I've looked up can I buy a screen like a computer screen that doesn't emit blue light? You cant buy one but there could be one its not a limit on technology its just a limit of will but im hoping

56:49 in so many areas like raw milk for example we do have people who are i'm gonna fix this and i'm gonna fight for a milky now it's available. And i don't need to be wildly available i don't need every lcd and samsung the change their process i just need one company that i can access, that makes screens that don't contain these technologies because I have to use some screen sometimes but that would be interesting there's a market their people somebody knows little bit about electrical engineering get in there yeah they do it with cell phones on google phone like the track phones i mean there is a market for that now people are buying those phones all time. The patent rabbit hole on the nervous system manipulation by screens and technology even cellphones if you guys wanna horrify yourself never want to turn your cellphone again go read the bio initiative report

CHAPTER 17 / 26 Discussion

Frequency Warfare and Human Resonance

Dolan discusses the BioInitiative Report and the history of frequency-based behavior modification, linking the installation of electrical infrastructure to historical pandemics. He argues that humans are biologically tethered to the Earth's magnetic field and the Schumann Resonance, making long-term space travel or moon landings physiologically impossible. The segment references the HeartMath Institute's research on the synchrony between the human heart and the Earth's frequencies.

5g· schumann resonance· bioinitiative report· electromagnetic fields· heartmath institute· moon landing

57:40 They did updates I think in 2014, 2017 but it's from 2012 so it's much more nefarious and broad now with the installation of 5G and all these other bandwidths that we're using on a regular basis. But to me you read controlled offensive declassified doc that gets into like what the Soviet era was doing with these frequencies There's a video cnn report my nineteen eighty five weather interviewing this guy and robert becker and then a couple other people so she did roberto becker, yeah they're doing these experiments with changing peoples behavior frequency in those frequency band was already exist in our environment the frequencies that are using. To alter their behavior is already within the capacity to be admitted from a cell phone tower and your cell phone so you have to ask yourself

58:23 It's a brick wall that some people meet where they're incapable of perceiving malice. They're incapable of seeing that there are people at the very top that have a willful agenda to alter your behavior, to make you buy shit you don't need, to make you a mindless consumer, to cause them into health problem and make you go get a pharmaceutical to treat it like if the entire system is predicated on pursuit of profit and depopulation At its core, then you have to be willing to entertain that thought that the screen you're looking at every day, the cell phone that's attached your hip might be altering your consciousness. It might be altering your behavior. It might be shutting off spiritual perception. I'm sure you've heard Rudolf Steiner. He had some lectures way back in,

59:03 was early 1900s, late 1800's. We were talking about the installation of power lines everywhere and how people are reporting that they can't talk to God anymore their spiritual capacity has been lobotomized just from the electrification of our environment and then you get into like the Spanish flu, the Hong Kong flu and how all these mass pandemics of people getting ill correlates with the installation of radar more power lines 3G 4G 5G And then we adapt to it and the people that survive through that are not ill all the time develop a sort of resilience, but the effect is still there. It's still altering you in some way it's still having an impact on your physiology and I think the brain influence is the most profound to me And I know you mentioned this when he DME the show notes talking about why humans cannot leave Earth? I Think we physiologically cannot leave earth magnetic field. Yeah human residents Yeah And they've done experiments military has done experiments where they stick these people in bunkers filter out Schumann and they go schizophrenic They start

59:58 having hallucinations, they become incredibly chronic fatigue. Their immune system takes a shit so if that is true how do you survive on the moon? How do you land on the moon and survive there I mean not to mention the temperatures on there are supposedly 200 degrees Fahrenheit when the sun's hitting These logical questions about physiological facts and you can look up the HeartMath Institute, they've done a lot of studies on the connection between the Earth and the human heart. And how we're in synchrony with it if you leave the magnetic field our heart desynchronizes does it just stop? I mean I don't know about you but we never went to the moon. I think that's so beyond obvious. I think that is completely undeniable and people still are on that stupidity just

CHAPTER 18 / 26 Discussion

Alternative Cosmology and NASA Skepticism

Dolan expresses deep skepticism regarding NASA, Elon Musk's Mars missions, and the standard model of space travel. He suggests that ancient cultures' descriptions of a contained realm, hollow earth, or civilizations living below the surface may be more accurate than modern scientific narratives. The conversation encourages listeners to use common sense and question institutional authorities regarding the nature of the physical world.

nasa· flat earth· hollow earth· ufo· elon musk· cosmology

1:00:38 It blows my mind and there's never like Elon in this whole, we're going to go to Mars complete nonsense. Useless stupid pipe dream that people are buying into and You know, the flat Earth, the hollow Earth like there are so many perspectives. And again I try to treat it like the ancestral. I tried to disregard all of the current perceptions of reality and i think they're all predicated on the moon landing without the moon landing our perception is basically way different we would not have this concept that we can travel through it. I don't think we've sent anything to Mars either But before that, I mean it was pretty commonplace to think that we lived in a realm. A contained realm and whether there is two sides of it like if it's a contained realm and it's a flat dome or it's a flat space with the dome and then there's land under it the upside down whether it's a hollow earth and more look more like a concave thing and there's like a whole civilization on the inside. I will tell you a lot of ancient religions, a lot of ancient cultures all talked about people that live below us and then that's where the UFOs come from

1:01:37 I think it's pretty reasonable to question whether or not we're just a bunch of monkeys sitting on a rock spinning through space at thousands of miles an hour. If you haven't gotten that point yet and are not willing to question NASA, the space agencies, then I think you're a little disillusioned in worshipping science instead of applying it using common sense. But before I let you go, i was going to ask you about resources. You know this is a little different usually i'm interviewing someone who wrote a book or has like this body of work you have a twitter thread and you have a sub stack but what would you say to people about your favorite people to follow where you get your information that they should know about before i cut you loose? Gosh dude! Like i said i've been down every rabbit hole so i can sit here for an hour just listening...I mean if you're looking for

CHAPTER 19 / 26 Discussion

Health Resources and Local Food Sourcing

Dolan provides a list of resources for listeners looking to improve their health, including websites like EatWild.com and LocalHarvest.org for finding local farmers. He recommends the work of Paul Saladino, Sally Fallin, and Anthony Chaffee for dietary guidance. Dolan also mentions his availability for health coaching via X (formerly Twitter) and shares success stories of individuals who have seen improvements in depression and childhood behavioral issues through detoxification.

eatwild.com· localharvest.org· weston a price· paul saladino· health coaching· raw milk

1:02:26 Good information on diet and nutrition stuff. I think Paul Saladino is great, he's got the right mentality for emulating ancestral lives. I'm not 100% with him on the whole pound carbs all day every day type of perspective but even then he preaches the importance of carnivory food. Obviously the Weston A Price folks like Sally Fallin book if you want to learn how to cook these foods or prepare them right her nourishing traditions book is amazing. Nutrition physical degeneration by Weston Price also very good. If you want to find some raw milk Real milk dot com has a locator as well as other resources that you can use to combat those who are like oh wrong looks dangerous. It's not it's more safe foods on earth and the most healing raises blue design higher than any other food on earth which is the body master detox fire

1:03:09 In terms of that, I mean podcasts like if i could go through list like obviously yours has been a great research. If you're trying to learn about this wild quote-unquote woo-woo stuff understanding the occult motivations of the elite this is one of the best pods for getting all kinds of different perspectives on that. I love tinfoil hat too sam has some great guests on there sometimes they're a little wacky but otherwise he's got a great pod for those kind of discussions Anthony chaffee if you're looking to do a carnivore diet he's got a lot of good content on there on how to start what the search for. In terms of websites, if you're trying to find good food though... Let's land it on this one because this is probably the most important. If you want to starve this beast of a system and all these demonic corporations poison us, you have to find local food. You have to find a local farmer. So eatwild.com will have your state and then a bunch of farms that you can go buy from. Then you have localharvest.org kind of the same vibe where you can find all these local farms selling good nutritious

1:04:07 You're buying meat online there's plenty of farmers in pennsylvania you can buy from eat well has a lot of listed remote dot com link to a lot of them they sell more than just raw dairy butter cheeses and if your body locally. And you trying to find a good farm make sure you ask intelligent questions on what the feed their cows sometimes i'll see them like gmocore and gmo weed That's showered in pesticides and then whatever the animal eats gets into the meat and then gets into you. So, you have to be very particular and neurotic about what your food is eating itself. So ask intelligent questions about what they're feeding it, quality of the grass... If you're looking to buy some raw honey I have my favorite source which is steakage.com They have some of the best honey I've ever tasted very clean not showered in pesticides otherwise if you are looking to buy some raw honey try to avoid stuff from the Midwest where the atrazine glyphosate capital of the world

1:04:56 Honey is the pollination from bees. They're picking up toxic shit from the flowers and then taking it back to the hive, and then you eat that in honey. So yeah, ewild.com, localharvest.org great resources for finding good meat Follow me on X. I'm going to try to be posting some health coaching stuff here pretty soon, I'm gonna set up a Calendly with my schedule availability so if you're struggling with the health issue and can't figure out and just want someone to try and guide you through an elimination diet or you want help with some detoxification specifics on what tools do use what stuff i like feel free to DM me on x like I've been helping people a bunch from the Nephalem Death Squad podcasts

1:05:32 And I've had a couple, actually like four or five now after just a couple of weeks really crazy report backs. Like my depression is gone. I've been depressed for eight years and I don't feel depressed today stuff like that or their kid was misbehaving you know being erratic hitting stuff smacking their face like autistic-like symptoms tell them to drink some raw milk take some zeolite do a detox regimen with you know dandelion tea and binders and their kid is now happy healthy playing games like able to talk Stuff like that makes me really happy and I'm not charging these people who DM me so you do have those questions feel free to hit Me up if you want something more involved or like a real health guide attached. I'll be doing health coaching as well

CHAPTER 20 / 26 Discussion

Autism Recovery and Heavy Metal Detoxification

The hosts discuss the possibility of reversing autism symptoms by treating them as a form of heavy metal toxicity and brain damage. Dolan outlines a detoxification regimen involving zeolite, dandelion tea to stimulate bile flow, and binders like activated charcoal and bentonite clay. He emphasizes that a meat-based diet provides the necessary nutrients for glutathione production and brain repair, alongside lifestyle practices like sauna use for sweating out plastics and metals.

autism· chelation· zeolite· dandelion tea· binders· activated charcoal

1:06:08 Otherwise, anything else you want to cover before we end here? No. That's great I mean i have heard you say that You've seen dozens of kids that seemed like they had autism self-correct I've interviewed someone about this once before it's like one of the furthest out things because I was just so Convinced that autism was a stamp of like your fucked forever Nope It's just metal toxicity its just brain damage full stop and your brain is made of fat cholesterol omega-3s, fat soluble vitamins. If you feed the kid the nutrients it needs to regrow those damaged parts of the brain and then you use the right tools to get the metals out kids can transform so dramatically like The Trace Amounts Documentary already shows that kids who did chelation therapy if it's mercury toxicity I'd look into Andy Cutler protocol but be very very very careful ALA can destroy your life very quickly if you take too much at once or if you're not doing a right schedule. So don't touch

1:07:03 Don't touch that stuff unless you have a confirmed test of mercury toxicity, but simple tools. Just zeolite the sorbolip powder the lower the micron size of it, you do it sublingually It's really effective at getting metals out Dandelion tea for getting the bioflown from your liver and then using binders to catch it. Binders are activated charcoal, bentonite clay, diatomaceous earth has some effect on that as well for get metals out and also binding the aluminum but just stimulate bioflow, bind it with the binders I just mentioned and then like I said with carnivory phase one and phase two detoxification of your liver, the nutrients needed to support that process and make glutathione all come from animal foods full stop you have to be a carnivorous dieter

1:07:46 Doesn't have to mean you eat only meat. I'm saying you should eat mostly meat, eggs and dairy if you want to support your detoxification system and survive this world. And then last sauna just sweat metals plastics volatile organic compounds microplastics like BPA stuff like that all come out in sweat so if you're trying to survive this toxic world and get healthy and get the shit out of your body so you can be your best self You have to try and emulate the lifestyle of your ancestors which was hot and cold exposure sweating carnivory And then, like I said the use of those binders. Oh! I will want to add one more thing about people who are against activated charcoal look up Zanzibar monkeys activated charcoal or charcoal these monkeys got forced out of the trees into the grasslands and they had to eat a different diet of toxic plants and they somehow instinctually knew to eat charcoal with those toxic plants and they wouldn't get sick how do monkeys know that? How did they instinctually know how to do that? Activated charcoal is magic it's one of the best substances but

CHAPTER 21 / 26 Discussion

Closing Remarks and Contact Information

Greg Carlwood concludes the interview by praising Dolan's recall and dedication to self-directed research. He encourages listeners to reach out to Dolan for health guidance and provides his email address, inversionism369@gmail.com, for those who do not use social media. Carlwood expresses hope that Dolan's story of overcoming severe health challenges will inspire others to take control of their own well-being and worldviews.

inversionism· greg carlwood· health coaching· research· twitter· email

1:08:38 Sorry, a little tirade at the end. All good! I mean i'm just in awe of all this knowledge that you're able to keep and i've said this before with health shows like...I judge people by the fruits and like clearly you have good recall for a lot of this material like you're not searching for the words and all this kind of stuff that would imply that it isn't doing you all that good of benefit you know? So I just feel like it's It's evident, it's self-evident in the way you talk about this stuff. Well you stay inside for a decade reading nothing just listening to podcasts audio books and lectures all day is this is how you turn out I guess? So the only other thing I would throw out just to try to help you is whenever there's a thing that's Twitter related I get a lot of messages I don't use Twitter okay well if you want to fix yourself and get in contact with this guy maybe you just make a goddamn account but do you have any email you would share

1:09:30 inversion is on three six nine at gmail dot com great great yeah and i do hope people are motivated by this and i hope that they do it you up because i wanna see you be able to use this knowledge to transform your own financial life, in situation and i know you might not be charging maybe decide to but i just hope that the people who come from the show. Treat you right because clearly there approaching you because they see the value so Show that, and providing some value. Buy him a couple of coffees." But yeah this has been really interesting obviously there's a time and place for experts but sometimes it scares people away from doing their own research and taking the reins of their own world view I hope people are inspired by your story

1:10:20 and the wealth of knowledge you've picked up through the years. And just the example that it is totally possible if you are motivated enough to get your shit right, so thanks for taking the time and take care out there. All right guys have a good night. Oh Lordy definitely happy to get a new show out not only to push the last one further back in many of your minds but I also just thought this was great Sure, we talk to doctors from time to time. But it's also important to hear from a person who was motivated out of experience—a person who probably has seen more damage done to them personally from the system than most—a guy who worked through all of it and is now living his best life because he wouldn't just roll over and accept it, he wouldn't become the victim,

CHAPTER 22 / 26 Discussion

Post-Show Reflections on Diet and Nature

In a post-show monologue, Carlwood corrects a previous reference to "Left Behind," noting he meant the "Last of Us" when describing fungal infections in deer. He reflects on the nuances of human diet, acknowledging that while veganism may be chosen for moral reasons, it may not be optimal for human performance. He expresses support for Dolan's methods while noting that different constitutions, such as those described in the Ayurvedic system, may require personalized approaches.

last of us· deer fungus· ayurveda· veganism· human optimization· predators

1:11:09 He's an impressive embodiment of the wounded warrior archetype, I would say. You know? Don't tell me vaccines can't cause injury! I've lived it. Don't tell me that mood pills can't cause negative effects! I've experienced it and don't tell what diet I need because I have done several of them and here is what wins out... A lot to like a lot to like Though I did misspeak at one point and it's been bothering me all week. My little deer fungus anecdote, i said you see these examples where deer are overrun with a fungus or some parasite or nasty thing online and that they look like something from left behind hmm shame on me no that's the lame Nick Cage movie based on the Christian Rapture book series

1:11:52 I meant to say Last of Us if it wasn't obvious, but you'll see these images of deer that look like clickers sometimes. But nature is about balance and these deer with the fungus and parasites they get so over-the-top because they don't have the natural predators they're supposed to have... Anyway! I know diet is a bit of a tricky topic where many people are already in an established camp And I do like to allow space for those who really might have a different constitution or who might be committed to their diet on moral grounds. And hey, moral grounds is fine! That's a different argument than this is the best diet for human optimization. Moral grounds is basically making a sacrifice for a cause. Well go ahead obviously you won't die being vegan but I don't think you will be optimal

1:12:44 Again, this is very broad advice. I do think there are different constitutions. I think the Ayurvedic system has merit and that often considers the qualities of a person and puts them in a more personalized optimal diet category but basically i can only really speak for myself and what I see And what I think checks out logically and I'm with inversionism! I think his ways would work great for me if I was able to fully commit It's like we don't have to exercise every day to at least acknowledge that would improve our health. But with nutrition, knowing really is half the battle because it's so confusing out there! There are a lot of moneyed interests trying to steer you one way or another but I liked this a lot. I'm sure i will be asking him for some personal advice he has a wealth of information and I think his passion is contagious and motivating

CHAPTER 23 / 26 Discussion

Plus Show Recap and Personal Family Story

Carlwood recaps the topics covered in the second hour of the podcast, including adrenochrome harvesting and the "witchcraft" involved in vaccine manufacturing. He shares a personal and emotional story about his father's recent death, detailing a rapid decline in a hospital setting after 75 years of perfect health. The segment serves as a critique of the American hospital system, which Carlwood describes as "non-health promoting" and "shitty" during end-of-life care.

adrenochrome· vaccines· hospital· death· father· medical system

1:13:41 I hope more people do reach out to him, and don't be cheap if you do. If you appreciate his knowledge and he's helpful to you, compensate him. Think about the value he brings versus the other places we put our money without even thinking about it." And i say this every time but The Plus Show was great too! Why wouldn't the second half of a conversation be better? Once two people get through the getting to know you stuff and become more comfortable. That's when it really takes off! I mean, did you watch Trump on Rogan? There is a clear example if you haven't watched it yet skip the first 45 minutes because that's when the guard really goes down and the rhythm starts to show itself It's just natural but in The Plus Show today here... The first wild thing we got into was adrenochrome Man he has done some good research there

1:14:30 And we got into some scary documents about prisoners and them being graded for their adrenochrome potential. I mean, Jesus that is really one of the most convincing things i've seen for the whole adrenochrome harvesting trafficking argument We talked about the highest order agenda for the elite vaccines and the process of creating them being very witchcrafty. I went deep on my dad's death story, and we talked about heavy metals and plant-based diets and rice experiments that Dolan did and his regiment for My Sleep Issues

1:15:06 I asked him about some of the greatest inversions that are out there, we talked about emotions and health. And we talked about Dolan's Prozac experiences! Really really interesting stuff...I don't know how you could be satisfied stopping at the halfway point And I will say, I didn't mean to get too into the weeds with my dad's story and make it about me. I just wanted to lay it all out as an example of how quickly you can find yourself doing things you never thought you would do things you have judged others for But you feel like you're left with no choice. And my dad had 75 good years and three bad weeks, never saw a doctor in my whole life as far as I knew. I never even really saw him with a cold. He always got sun and stayed active, never wore sunscreen or had a surgery or took medications but i had to lay out all the details of those last three weeks because it was really more about me trying to ask Dolan well

1:16:04 At which point in this story could or should we have made a different choice? Because it really didn't seem like there was much left to do. And if you heard all that, well it is sad and I hope you never have to go through it but it just sucks when you get to that point There's really only one option for care in this country and its shitty But maybe it is useful to at least talk about so others who have aging parents might know what to expect. I've had to deal with hospitals, with the births of both my kids despite really trying not too isn't that crazy? It's the last thing my wife or me or my dad in this situation wanted and in vulnerable moments you end up there with 20 IVS and the worst food ever and beeping and flashing lights all night

CHAPTER 24 / 26 Discussion

Accutane Lawsuit and Hospital Culture

Carlwood shares a news report regarding a $70 million lawsuit against the makers of Accutane following the suicide of a Florida teenager. He compares the "culty" and repetitive nature of modern hospital environments to a traditional Catholic mass, noting how both feel strange after an extended absence. The segment highlights the lack of accountability and proper data logging for pharmaceutical side effects in mainstream medical culture.

accutane· suicide· lawsuit· florida· hospital· catholic mass

1:16:53 If you haven't dealt with a hospital in a long time, it's shockingly slow and shockingly non-health promoting. It was like when I hadn't been to a Catholic mass in years and then had to go back for a traditional wedding and my wife and I just looked at each other surprised it was so culty and weird with the repetitive monotone responses and the constant stand kneel sit kneel stand sit kneel kneel stand kneel. It's fucking weird! But we grew up doing it. It was normal to us at the time, but the long break just made us both think wow this is worse than I remember and i would say the same for any extended hospital experience oh also in a bit of synchronicity i brought up that Accutane story that was vaguely still rattling around in my mind turns out that kid was from Tampa

1:17:43 Here it is, ABC News. The family of a Florida teenager who crashed an airplane into an office tower has filed a lawsuit against the maker of Accutane, the acne drug. The family of Charles Bishop filed a $70 million wrongful death suit against Hoffman LaRoche claiming that medicine caused the boy to commit suicide. Up until being on the drug, the child was happy well balanced and had a great deal to live for Our suit alleges that Hoffman LaRoche has known that this drug causes spontaneous suicide and depression, but they have refused to accept responsibility. The U.S Food and Drug Administration says 147 people taking Accutane have either committed suicide or tried to commit suicide since the drug was introduced in Canada and the United States patients must now sign a consent form when they are prescribed Accutane

1:18:38 Pharmacists must also hand out detailed warning brochures listing the drug's potential side effects of psychotic-like depression and thoughts of suicide. Just crazy! 147 people, and that is just reported in a culture that doesn't even usually make the connection or think to look for such association? How many people just die and we never know or log what medications they were on? The information just never gets recorded or added to any list. It's crazy Oh, well and higher side news. As you heard before the show today we got a major upgrade to how plus is distributed for a long time. The only way it could be done was with the username and password and not every app would allow for that sort of thing. And people lose passwords and logins occasionally don't work. We don't get a ton of support tickets but when we do it's almost always related to an issue with login credentials or one of the various apps not updating the feed anymore are not validating

CHAPTER 25 / 26 Discussion

Technical Benefits of the New Plus System

Carlwood elaborates on the technical reasons for the Plus system upgrade, explaining that private feeds requiring authentication were a significant drain on site resources. The new personalized RSS link system is more elegant, reduces server costs, and provides a better user experience for the 90% of members who use third-party podcast apps. He credits his IT team for their "anonymous act of rebellion" in making the subscription process best-in-class.

rss feed· server costs· it· user experience· subscription· automation

1:19:37 Like the system was pretty good, but my IT guy taught me that technically the way podcasting apps work is they're constantly pinging back for updates and a private feed is also pinging back for authentication. And it's a real slog on the site resources. But I keep my eye on things out there and I try every system. And if I see something that's better, I try to make sure we get it implemented. Now it's possible to generate a personalized RSS link when a person signs up for Plus We send it to you via email and it's as easy as copy and pasting it right into whatever app you use. And my IT guys say, it's even smoother and a more elegant solution. I can probably even lower my server costs hallelujah! But really the primary thing that matters is that its way easier and more simple and works better for YOU GUYS

1:20:28 As I said in that preamble, the website does have some things that add to the THC experience. But I have the data and 90% of Plus members are only listening in Apple Podcasts or Podcast Addict there's some Overcast and some Podverse but 90% of Plus members never even go to this site once they get it set up in an app and they don't even bother with the forum or the comments or anything like that And that's fine! I don't mind at all. I don't want to change anyone's behavior I want anyone who would enjoy the Plus experience to be able to get it as hassle-free as possible. And now, it literally is! We have the shortest and fastest mobile friendly checkout form and now I email you that personalized RSS feed and its easy copying & pasting. Again, it contains every single available episode back at the beginning

1:21:22 And it will never ask you for a username or password, or stop updating or kick you out as long as that monthly $8 is coming through. You have to log into the site to cancel but I can't fix that and why would you cancel? But there are million-dollar subscription businesses that don't have as cutting edge of process as we do because they don't really reinvest And ultimately, it's thanks to two guys who are not only talented technically but are also happy to do work that helps this kind of material and this range of guests reach more people. Believe me, they get paid well but it's also kind of a silver lining I think that they consider it their own little anonymous act of rebellion to help make the system best in class. So I've done what I can do! I just can't fill out the form for you if I could I would but it's like the hitch kiss bit...I come 90 and you come 10. All right enough of that though I am quite proud and quite impressed with how good a job they did when put to this task

CHAPTER 26 / 26 Discussion

Jason Horsley Episode Feedback and Meetups

The show concludes with a review of the audience's polarized reaction to the previous guest, Jason Horsley, and a list of upcoming listener meetups in locations such as Alberta, Montana, Los Angeles, and Tampa. Carlwood addresses criticisms of his interviewing style during the Horsley episode and confirms he is moving on to new topics. The final segments include the show's closing theme music and a call to action for listeners to support the program.

jason horsley· podcast reviews· meetups· tampa· california· ohio

1:22:25 And that said, let's talk about that last episode with Jason Horsley. Wow! Comment section was very lively I get it he is a wild boy The rating came in kinda low at 3.8 Ouch Anything below 4 is a problem if you ask me although some people are rating the guest and not the listening experience There was a little bit of difference there You can enjoy the banter and unique spiciness of the show but also say you don't really vibe with the guest himself. So how do you rate that? Hard to say, I get it in the plus show. I gave him like what 20 names and he just gave his blunt opinion on the ones that he had an opinion on very spicy but again i do appreciate that he's willing to give his raw thoughts without sugarcoating it although it doesn't seem like he likes anybody out there

1:23:22 And as for the audience reviews, I would say with everything I read across Twitter, Reddit, the comments. That's the thing this episode got people talking sometimes that's a good thing that's what i want to do occasionally but with everything I read I'd say about 50% of people didn't like it 40 percent of people thought it was fun for the reasons I expected it to be a good listen And 10% of people thought I was the rude one and I was aggressive, and it damaged their opinion of me. Well, I came ready to be criticized from Jason, and I came with a spirit of humor. I was never mad! I was just trying to have fun with it. I think most people heard that but not everyone...

1:24:08 I will say, I actually did hear about some unsavory stuff from others in the conspiracy counterculture field that didn't sit well with me and seemed pretty hateful and not funny from people who had previous interactions with Jason. And it kinda soured me and made it a lot more... real? And I don't think I would do it again unfortunately or fortunately for those who thought it was 3.8 So yeah, I gave him a fair shot twice and we're moving on. No ill will or anything personally We just did the thing and now there's the next thing to do as for the meetup calendar What do we have going on? Let's see November 3rd Alberta Canada November 7th Whitefish Montana at The Montana Taphouse November 9th Trails Cafe in LA November 13th Athens Ohio At West End Cider House

1:25:03 and November 22nd, the Sail Plaza in Tampa. Check out the calendar for full details if you heard about any city that is near you and it's always good to RSVP as for the Tampa one one of my wife's best friends and her family are coming to stay with us the week of that meetup event but I'm still going to try to make it I want to go do a big one in High Springs at the High Springs Brewery because they were doing them monthly but didn't have very good turnout. So, I want to try and help fix that and bring some people into their business if i can. But for now let's just assume I'll see some of you in Tampa on the 22nd
