The conversation shifts to the New Zealand political system, specifically the Mixed Member Proportional (MMP) model and the use of paper ballots to prevent fraud. Dr. Stuart Jean Bramhall describes her involvement with the Green Party and how the multi-party system prevents total capture by two major parties. Robert David Steele outlines his Electoral Reform Act of 2015, which aims to restore integrity to the American democratic process. He discusses the barriers faced by the eight accredited political parties in the U.S., including the Green, Libertarian, and Constitution parties. Steele argues that removing money from politics is insufficient without ensuring equal ballot access and ending the "two-party tyranny" that loots the public purse.
