Grant Cameron | Ufology, Consciousness & The Alien Apports
Dr. Eric Walker, Penn State University and ESP
Research into high-level officials led Grant Cameron to Dr. Eric Walker, former president of Penn State and chairman of the Institute for Defense Analysis. During a seven-year dialogue, Walker allegedly hinted that the UFO phenomenon could not be understood without a mastery of ESP and the "mind of Einstein." Walker suggested that only those who understand how ESP works are admitted into the core programs managing the subject.
