Topic: Electrostatic Charge

Dr. Gerald Pollack, author of The Fourth Phase of Water, released a new book titled Charge: The Unexpected Role of Electricity in the Workings of Nature. The text explores electrostatic repulsion as a scientific foundation for phenomena often dismissed by mainstream physics, including levitation and megalithic stone construction. Pollack's work suggests that conventional physics models must be adjusted to account for observations involving a breakaway civilization, Nikola Tesla's research, and the Nazi Bell device.

Dr. Gerald Pollack explains that the Earth possesses a net negative charge, functioning like a capacitor with a positive ionosphere. This electric field, documented by Nobel laureate Richard Feynman, creates a repulsive force that allows negatively charged objects to stay aloft. This principle is proposed as the mechanism behind how birds glide without flapping, how clouds remain suspended, and how frisbees maintain loft through rotation and triboelectricity.

A thought experiment from Dr. Pollack's book illustrates the immense power of electrostatic charge compared to gravity. If 1% of electrons were removed from two human bodies one meter apart, the repulsive force would require the weight of the entire Earth to counteract. Another calculation shows that the electrons passing through a 120-watt light bulb in one second could generate enough repulsive force to lift 5,000 Boeing 747 jumbo jets or 50,000 garbage trucks.

A specific piece of evidence regarding Alec Newald’s contact involves his Jaguar car, which was reportedly returned to Earth with an electrostatic charge and a "mirror image" engine management circuit board. This anomaly drew the attention of the Royal Institution for International Affairs (RIIA) and Jaguar engineers, who could not explain the perfect reversal of the hardware. Griffin suggests Newald was subsequently framed for fraud to silence him about this physical proof of extraterrestrial interaction.
