Pope Head | Mystical Toponomy, Occult Geographies, & The Great Polar Myth
Divine Madness, Library Angels and the Pitfalls of Binary Conspiracy Theories
The research process is described as a form of "mantic" or "telestic" madness, where a researcher feels guided by what Fort called a "library angel." Popehead warns against the common conspiracy theorist pitfall of viewing all occult elite activity through a binary lens of "satanic" versus "holy." He argues that the elite's use of ancient god names, such as NASA's Apollo missions, indicates a complex engagement with old cults rather than simple devil worship.
