THC 26: Stan Friedman | Roswell, Flying Saucers, & The Science
Energy Suppression, National Reconnaissance Office Secrecy
Stanton Friedman and the hosts discuss the potential suppression of advanced energy technologies like nuclear fusion. Friedman provides examples of massive government secrecy, such as the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) spending $13 billion on a cancelled Boeing satellite program. He also notes that the Corona spy satellite program remained classified for 20 years despite its massive success in gathering intelligence on the Soviet Union.
