Topic: Comanches

Wolf discusses the nutritional and energetic power of wild foods, specifically acorns, which he harvests from an oak tree on his property. He references the Comanches of Texas as a historical example of a 100% wild food-eating culture. He also touches on Steiner's view of the Sun as the "abode of God" and the source of avatars like Jesus and Buddha, recommending morning sun gazing as a spiritual practice.

In the final segment, Carlwood encourages listeners to find personal "wins" from the past year despite the negative news cycle. He critiques certain figures in the conspiracy culture for failing to live up to their own rhetoric during the pressures of 2020. Finally, he previews the second hour of the interview, which covers topics such as sunlight, Comanche history, and the "brain pill" paradigm.
