Gunther references the "Gnosis" trilogy by Boris Mouravieff to explain the current "Time of Transition" as a shift between major spiritual ages. He argues that reincarnation is a natural part of soul evolution rather than a "trap," as some conspiracy theorists claim. Being a "seed" for the next cycle involves embodying new energies and letting go of old systems that are no longer worth saving.

Knight-Jadczyk describes "The Work," a process of using ancient spiritual science to rewrite the brain's neocortex and reestablish connections with higher centers. Drawing from the teachings of Gurdjieff and Boris Mouravieff, she explains the necessity of separating emotions from thoughts to overcome societal programming. She highlights the "Be Nice" program as one of the hardest social conditions to break in order to see unseen realities.
