Topic: Bob Mitchell

Quitt recounts debates with journalist Bob Mitchell regarding the similarities between abductee reports and out-of-body experiences. He notes that the step-by-step process of being lifted through walls and encountering non-human entities matches the mechanics of astral travel. Quitt posits that if extraterrestrials are higher-dimensional beings, they may only be able to interact with humans by extracting the astral body, explaining why these events often leave no physical evidence in the room.

Greg Carlwood previews the second hour of the interview available to Plus members, which includes a discussion on Bob Mitchell’s book, Forbidden Knowledge. Topics covered in the extended segment include Tesla’s hidden medical devices, the use of Egyptian postures to heal a broken back, and the metaphysical properties of crystals. Carlwood also mentions his personal transition as a "Florida man" and the logistical hurdles of moving with a family.
