Topic: Biblical Scholarship

Host Greg Carlwood reflects on the interview, addressing potential listener sensitivity regarding Christian topics and clarifying his neutral stance on religion. He discusses alternative interpretations of the Bible, such as "astro-theology," where Jesus represents the sun and the apostles represent the twelve signs of the Zodiac. Carlwood suggests that the literal interpretation of the Bible is the least likely, favoring a view of the text as a collection of reinterpreted Egyptian and Greek myths.
