Whitley Strieber | Them: The Soul-Body Connection, The Secrecy Policy, & The Good Questions
UAP Secrecy and the 1947 White Sands Tests
Strieber challenges the idea that UAP secrecy was solely a government choice, suggesting the visitors' own secretive nature forced the military's hand. He traces the modern era of contact to the spring of 1947 at White Sands, where visitors interfered with German rocket tests. These demonstrations were intended to highlight the dangers of the newly born atomic and missile ages.
