Topic: 764 Network

The 764 network has become a top priority for the FBI due to its international reach and aggressive grooming tactics on platforms like Roblox and Discord. Predators desensitize children using gore and child pornography before turning them into either victims of extortion or abusers themselves. Cases have emerged involving children as young as 12 participating in the extortion of their peers.

The "True Crime Community" (TCC) on social media glorifies mass killers through "schizo edits" and anime-style tributes to desensitize youth. Peyton Gendron, the Buffalo grocery store shooter, was identified as a member of a 764 precursor group called CVLT. Other recent school shooters, including those at Evergreen High School and Antioch High School, have been explicitly linked to these satanic networks.
