Dana Kippel categorizes non-human entities into 5D and 4D beings, explaining that they use plasma "overcoats" to manifest in physical reality. 5D beings are described as intelligent guides that respond to the human nervous system through sacred geometry or cultural symbols. In contrast, 4D beings are seen as informational entities, such as shadow people or demons, that reflect a person's internal trauma or fear.

Monroe contrasts the rollout of 5G technology, which he terms a "kill grid," with the concept of 5D quantum ascension. He notes a suspicious alignment of events in September 2018, including a White House 5G summit, the Kavanaugh hearings, and the erection of the Arch of Baal on the National Mall, suggesting these were distractions or efforts to suppress human consciousness.

Tolec explains that his contacts are crystalline-based entities who do not experience organic death but rather choose to transition between dimensions, such as moving from 4D to 5D. A physical contact event on September 10, 2010, served as a trigger for Tolec to regain memories of his 1993 experiences and other prior interactions. This reactivation led directly to the launch of the Andromeda Council website in April 2011 to begin public disclosure.
