24 But to kick this off a major theme of your book and our last conversation was the physical and genetic evidence that both dovetail to signal a major event happening around seven hundred eighty thousand years ago. The physical evidence being this anomalous tech type material scattered across Australia what you consider to be debris of an ancient alien craft, Something probably intentionally exploded in the air to speed up Earth life evolution. You said there was an update on this project? Well, it's been a year since we talked remind the people about what you think happened there and why this material is so weird and Update us on the latest info that suggests you might be right
10 Absolutely, yeah. I've been pressing on with the research and what actually decided to do was to write a more academic style paper now i don't like to capitulate to the people that say that you have to have a peer-reviewed paper to have any value in your work because that's a common kind of reply if you say you have anything extraordinary like evidence of aliens or UFO data or anything like that The common response is it in a peer reviewed paper I don't believe that only peer-reviewed papers matter. There's a long time in scientific research where the peer review didn't even exist, but all the same i decided that i would pen a sort of scientific paper that pulled all the different areas of important supporting evidence together into one place
58 primarily because I knew that would be helpful to journalists or interested writers or media people that might want to talk to me about it. So, it kind of saves me explaining in micro detail again and again individually what the best evidence is but that had quite beneficial effect for me To do that, of course I had to trawl through the scientific literature on the australite tektite topic. It allowed me to go through a wealth of papers and then each really offered me some key insight that perhaps i hadn't seen before when I initially began this project and used more of a cursory look through the supporting evidence. This was much more in-depth and now have what I consider
45 99% case closed scientific argument for this being material from a craft. Now I'll wind it back up a little bit, so for people that aren't familiar the suggestion i have is that there's direct evidence of alien visitation 780 000ish years ago in fact because of the papers I've looked at, i would now revise that to 788 000 years ago and I know that sometimes people think how can you be so precise but this debris is pretty well dated and that's been an update in the dating mechanism since we now know it's 788 000 years old give or take a little. What we have there is material that is in itself anomalous quite anomalous both in chemistry
33 The way it's formed and also its distribution. So there is a 160 year long mystery that surrounds australite tektite glasses, so anyone can go away and look in the search engine for the Australite Mystery and they can confirm what I'm saying is accurate the first technical paper written about this material was actually penned by Charles Darwin, no less. Which I found somewhat ironic because of course i tie this in with the origins of humans so it's kind of funny to find that the first guy that wrote about australite tektites is you know darwin the guy who gave the modern world
13 consensus view on human origins, right? So he thought that this tektite glass had been produced in a volcanic event sometime in the distant past and that kind of kicked off the global conversation around this strange blackish-brown kind of translucent glass material that's found distributed all the way from South China down through Southeast Asia, Australasia and finishes its kind of debris field in Antarctica. Now that's an enormous area covering over 10 000 kilometers going out to the sides as far as Madagascar and out beyond Papua New Guinea into the ocean so you can conceptualize that but of course that's an enormous debris field this mysterious glass
02 So there's been all kinds of theories, you know since Darwin wrote that first article that whether or not it could have been perhaps a mysterious glass process used by aboriginal people that had been forgotten about, some lost civilization or that it was indeed you know super volcano would spread this material. And then for quite a while back in the 50s 60s 70s there were number of NASA astronomers and engineers who believed very strongly that this was extraterrestrial and had come from an event on the moon that there'd been an impact of a large asteroid and it happened to hit
38 an area with extinct or live volcanoes and that the glass was a kind of volcanic glass that had been formed in calderas on the moon, then dislodged by an asteroid impact sent out across to earth and it then either showered down or a chunk had entered into orbit and sort of crumbled, and then melted in orbit. And so you'd have this melted debris rain down across this vast stretch of land, and that it was in fact lunar material. So again people can kind of go check all that there's quite a lot of papers particularly NASA papers on that now that argument went on up until
20 Well, really it started to crumble after the moon landings and the recovery of lunar rock because what they found was that the chemical makeup of australite tektite glass is inconsistent with lunar rock. And so there was this kind of basically a kind of capitulation by the NASA guys where they said well okay you know certainly most of them said okay you know it can't be a lunar glass but the opposing theory of an asteroid impact on Earth was problematic and they kind of said, well look you know we may well be wrong but you guys have still got a lot anomalies to explain here that your impact theory doesn't do. And kinda passed the ball to them Now today if anyone looks for what is the formation theory behind Australite Tektite They will find articles saying it's from a terrestrial impact That's currently the popular consensus view in the scientific community
15 But that doesn't mean it's right. The way I describe this, if you imagine you've got these two competing theories... You've got these NASA guys saying that it has to come from space and there are a lot of reasons for that which we can touch on in a bit but they're saying it has to come in from space and then you've got on the other side geologists and other people who are saying no-no we think its terrestrial impact of an asteroid throwing this material up into the atmosphere and being distributed either side of it has problems. There's a reason why you've got these arguments, because neither of them has the kind of killer blow to say we've got all of the anomalies resolved and we know its this one so instead they were going at this for years now The defeat of the extraterrestrial hypothesis was almost like because fighting
59 chemical makeup of Lunar Rock is inconsistent. It's almost like a boxing match where one guy has a heart attack halfway through the fight and you say, well the other one... they're the winner! And it's like well they won without knocking them out. They've won by just an an act of God, if you like. There was a bit of bad luck that's happened now are they really the champion? Now we probably would be dubious about that because you think well that's not really a knockout blow right so that's the situation it was left with. We have this default hypothesis right so they didn't actually explain the phenomena. They didn't resolve the anomalies. They won the argument by default
37 and it turns out that their hypothesis is full of holes. That gives people a bit of background to the story of Australite Tektites, who's been involved in it and why its still a mystery. So you had told me that this research and these themes also relate to Bracewell probes, alien AI super intelligence and UFOs. Let's get into that a bit how are these things connected? We did talk about this a bit last time but in terms of the updates or being more confident or dialing it in a little deeper into that specific date what can you say
