COVID-19 Narrative Shift and NATO Encirclement of Russia
The narrative transition from the COVID-19 pandemic to the conflict in Ukraine is characterized as a pivot following the perceived failure of the "Fourth Industrial Revolution" agenda. The expansion of NATO forces into Romania, Bulgaria, and the Baltic states is described as a deliberate encirclement of Russian territory.
