During his time in the military in 1983, Miller worked on "The Mars Project," which explored using sacred geometry and neurotransmitters to create mental wormholes for travel. He claims that under hypnosis, every human being exhibits a memory of having worked on Mars, stored in the Wernicke's Correction Center of the brain. He describes Mars as a smaller planet that physically possesses more water volume than Earth.
