Topic: Visitor Period

For those interested in experiencing the community, the guests explain the process for visiting Acorn, which begins with an email and a phone interview. They look for "juiced" individuals who are excited about the project rather than those just looking for a place to smoke and party. They emphasize that Acorn does not have a "security culture," leaving doors and cars unlocked, and they expect guests to contribute to the household during their stay.
