The August 2011 earthquake in Washington D.C. is described as the result of the destruction of a reptilian base located in the mountains of Virginia by forces from the Procyon star system. Following the collapse of these bases, high-ranking reptilian and Illuminati officials were reportedly captured and subjected to military tribunals for war crimes against humanity. Those captured were given options of positive reprogramming, relocation to a distant universe, or self-termination.
