Reptilian Undersea Bases, Destruction of the Cabal Power Structure
Tolec asserts that as of mid-2012, all fifteen major Draco and Hydra reptilian undersea bases that served as the hub for the global Cabal and Illuminati have been destroyed or decommissioned. He claims that while other underground facilities exist, there are no longer any functioning reptilian-operated undersea bases on Earth. This shift marks a significant decline in the predatory power structure that has allegedly ruled humanity for centuries.
