Sounding Rockets, Saturn Rings, and the Saturnalian Brotherhood
Ilana Freeland describes a theory involving sounding rockets creating a conductive ring of particulates around the Earth's equator, similar to the rings of Saturn. She recounts a conversation with Billy Hayes and Anthony Patch regarding the "Saturnalian Brotherhood" within NASA, founded by Wernher von Braun. The theory suggests this artificial ring acts as a "CD-ROM" for recording human memories or facilitating transhumanist travel through the Van Allen radiation belts.
