Tolec | The Andromeda Council, Underground Reptilians, & The Big Conspiracy
Timeline Collapse, Technological Distraction and 1978 Baseline
The Andromeda Council indicates that various timelines are collapsing as reptilian interference wanes, allowing Earth to return to its natural evolutionary path. Tolec claims that due to technology transfers in the 1940s and 50s, humanity is technologically advanced far beyond its natural state, which should only be at a 1978 level. This rapid advancement, including smartphones and computers, is viewed as a distraction designed to slow emotional and spiritual development.
