While idealism posits that everything is consciousness, it often leads to "Brahmansplaining," where individual experiences are dismissed as ego-driven errors. Animism is presented as a more useful model for magicians, viewing living systems and objects as outposts of a diverse spirit world rather than fragments of a single divine mind. This perspective allows for a richer engagement with reality, acknowledging the inherent spirit within physical forms like the Ayahuasca vine.
