THC 120: Chad Lewis | UFOs, Crop Circles, Curses, Tulpas, & Cryptids
Curses, Robert the Doll and Key West Legends
Chad Lewis shares stories of cursed objects and locations, focusing on Robert the Doll in Key West, Florida, which reportedly inspired the movie *Child's Play*. Visitors to the museum often leave letters apologizing for disrespecting the doll after experiencing subsequent bad luck. Lewis recounts a personal anecdote involving a skeptical film crew whose rental car was damaged immediately after filming the doll, illustrating the intersection of legend and synchronicity.
