Author Daniel Estulin discusses the origins and structure of the Bilderberg Group, which held its first meeting in 1954 at the Bilderberg Hotel in the Netherlands. The group functions as a secretive NATO-aligned alliance of financiers, politicians, and media moguls from Western Europe, Canada, and the United States. Estulin claims the primary objective of these annual meetings is the erosion of nation-state sovereignty in favor of global corporate control.

Daniel Estulin outlines the controversial history of early Bilderberg attendees, noting that many had ties to the Nazi apparatus. He identifies founder Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands as a former SS member and Walter Hallstein, the first president of the European Commission, as a lawyer who legally justified Nazi concentration camps. These figures were reportedly rehabilitated to serve as anti-Soviet structures during the Cold War era.
