Topic: Planet Dakota

Communication with the Council occurs through various methods, including mental images, out-of-body experiences to biospheres, and direct physical transport. Tolec highlights the work of Adana, a conscious telepath who provides specific details on star ancestry and galactic geography. They share a spiritual connection as siblings from the planet Dakota in the Taygeta star system, which is linked to the Pleiades star cluster and the Billy Meier contact cases.

Tolec shares a "Sacred Prayer" titled Wakan Wa Chekeye, which he claims to have brought back from a ceremony on the planet Dakota. He describes the experience of standing on a cliff with Ambassador Tonka and Vice Chairwoman Tanya before returning to his body and writing the text in a trance-like state. The prayer focuses on spiritual awakening, internal strength, and respect for "Ina Maka" (Mother Earth) and all living things.
