Rick Simpson joins the program to discuss his history as the creator of Phoenix Tears, also known as Rick Simpson Oil (RSO). This highly concentrated form of THC extracted from marijuana flowers is presented as a treatment for terminal cancer and various other ailments. Simpson emphasizes his goal of helping individuals become self-sufficient by growing their own plants and making their own medicine to bypass the pharmaceutical industry.

Rick Simpson issues a stern warning regarding the proliferation of con artists using his name and likeness to sell fraudulent oil. He clarifies that he has no affiliations with any commercial entities or foundations, specifically naming the Phoenix Tears Foundation in Colorado as an organization he does not support. Listeners are directed to his official website, phoenixtears.ca, for free instructions on how to produce the oil correctly.
