Patrick Harpur | The Secret Tradition Of The Soul & The Philosopher’s Secret Fire
Connectivity and the Marginalization of the Other World
Greg Carlwood reflects on the strangeness of global connectivity and the apparent lack of "energetic" response from the other world in modern settings like crystal shops. Harper responds that Western culture has intentionally elbowed out the gods and the other world. He suggests that while this is a mistake, the current fragmentation allows individuals the liberation to seek their own paths of salvation from a "candy store" of spiritual options.
