Topic: Neogene

Geological analysis of the Neogene period, specifically 15 to 5 million years ago, reveals a high concentration of intelligent activity. Koltypin claims that geological layers from this era contain ruins and distinct vehicle tracks found across multiple continents. He posits that this timeframe corresponds to the reality of creatures often dismissed as folklore, such as elves, gnomes, and exotic serpents.

A radical environmental shift occurred at the beginning of the Neogene period, roughly 23 to 17 million years ago, causing the vapor shield to disappear. Koltypin describes this as a "downgrade" for the human race, leading to shorter lifespans, painful childbirth, and the onset of organized warfare. He notes that geological layers from this transition show evidence of massive cataclysms that forced survivors to seek refuge.
