Recent public service announcements regarding nuclear preparedness in New York and New Jersey are discussed as potential "telegraphing" of future events. Jeff Harmon highlights a Mars-Uranus conjunction in early August and a Mars retrograde starting October 30 as critical windows for volatility. These events reflected the "contentiousness" signaled by the Mars-Saturn configurations present throughout the year.
