Topic: Mainframe

Psychedelic experiences, such as those on Salvia or LSD, are described as opening portals to other realms rather than mere hallucinations. Using a computer analogy, psychedelics are compared to a thumb drive that allows a user to download new information or "JPEG" images into their memory from an external mainframe. The mindset and setting of the user are noted as critical factors in determining whether the resulting experience is positive or negative.
