Topic: Macy Conferences

The discussion explores the science of human command and control, focusing on the Macy Conferences and the development of cybernetics. Richard Grove cites James H. Billington’s "Fire in the Minds of Men" and the work of Norbert Wiener to explain how information is used to influence human behavior. He argues that the ultimate goal of these psychological and technological systems is to eliminate individual autonomy and maintain a state of "logical positivism" controlled by the elite.

McDowell discusses the work of bioethicist James Giordano regarding neuro-weapons and the ability to map and control brain function. She references the 1950s Macy Conferences on cybernetics as the foundation for current efforts to "jailbreak" mental function through synthetic biology and non-consensual electronic testing.
