THC 102: Lyle Blackburn | Cryptozoology, Lizard Men, & Mysterious Monsters
Bishopville Sightings Timeline, Credible Witness Accounts
The Bishopville Lizard Man sightings occurred primarily between 1988 and 1991, a period researchers refer to as a "flap." Blackburn highlights several credible accounts, including a sighting by an Air Force Colonel and reports from local residents dating back to 1987. Sheriff Liston Truesdale managed the investigation, which saw a surge in media coverage from major networks like CBS and Good Morning America.
