Doug Lindemood reveals plans for a farm school in the San Diego area designed to teach practical animal husbandry and business skills. The program aims to offer tracks for both serious production ranchers and "farm curious" urbanites who want to learn basics like milking cows, collecting eggs, and repairing fences.

For those interested in experiencing the community, the guests explain the process for visiting Acorn, which begins with an email and a phone interview. They look for "juiced" individuals who are excited about the project rather than those just looking for a place to smoke and party. They emphasize that Acorn does not have a "security culture," leaving doors and cars unlocked, and they expect guests to contribute to the household during their stay.
