Saint Germain Foundation and Mount Shasta Lore
Greg Carlwood shares research on the mystical history of Mount Shasta, including the legend of the "fountain of youth" at Shasta Springs. He notes that much of the land surrounding these sacred sites is now owned by the Saint Germain Foundation, a group founded by Guy Ballard following reported encounters with an Ascended Master. The discussion touches on the "I AM" movement and the local lore regarding underground Lemurian cities beneath the volcano.
