Gordon's Panel Pictographs, Remote Desert Seclusion
Archaeological discoveries like Gordon's Panel and Shaman's Wall, found as recently as 1984, illustrate the extreme remoteness of the Arizona desert. These ancient pictographs remained hidden from the US Cavalry and geological surveys for centuries due to the hostile terrain. The seclusion of the Colorado Plateau is cited as the primary reason why shapeshifting entities and occult secrets remain undisturbed.
