Ronnie Pontiac | Remembering Manly P. Hall, American Metaphysical Religion, & The Pagan Pilgrim
Joining the Philosophical Research Society and Meeting Manly P. Hall
After being convinced by his wife to attend a lecture, Ronnie Pontiac began volunteering at the Philosophical Research Society (PRS). Despite having no formal academic background, he was personally selected by Manly P. Hall to edit an alchemical bibliography. Pontiac describes the surreal experience of having lunch with Hall in the library vault, where he was shown rare artifacts like the George Ripley alchemical scroll. Hall instructed Pontiac to take orders only from him, bypassing the skeptical PRS administration.
