Frequency Modulation comes up in 2 chapters across 2 episodes of The Higherside Chats Free Show, from January 2016 to July 2021.
The Giant Statue Project and Frequency Modulation
McDowell describes a project to build ten-story "Giant" statues in 21 cities that project human faces. She speculates these structures could be used for frequency modulation or "idol worship" to gather and influence large crowds, noting the strange placement of new LED lights in high-poverty areas of Philadelphia.
ISIS Fabrication, Television Mind Control Frequencies
Kelly claims that ISIS is a fabrication of the CIA and Mossad designed to destabilize the Middle East for the creation of a "Greater Israel." He transitions into a warning about television propaganda, alleging that broadcasters use specific digital sound programming and light modulation to induce hypnotic states. He specifically mentions the removal of the musical note "D" to decrease human empathy.
