Topic: Fluid Retention

Miller provides technical details on the "three locks" used to control energy and fluid during sex. The root lock involves flexing the perineum muscle to block ejaculation and send energy upward to the brain, while the throat lock directs prana downward. He suggests that these techniques are easily practiced during oral sex and allow a man to continue the sexual act without the typical post-orgasmic refractory period or exhaustion.
